...use their services ever again. If I have to operate my car like the Flinstones, I'd do that before dealing with this place. I already knew they gave RIDICULOUS repair estimates, however, my insurance company asked that I use them for service for an accident. The damage was minor for both cars, but they pushed me to get mine fixed right away. Being ignorant to insurance policies and procedures, I took it in. I was operating on the strength that they were going to take care of my rental car like they promised and that I would be billed for services. They said nothing about holding my car until I paid my deductible straight to them in full. Now I had to cough out a huge payment to get my car back AND the rental car company withdrew funds from my account because they will not take care of the payment as agreed. This place is a joke. When I picked my car up, I drove up the street and there was a thumping noise underneath by my wheel base that was so loud and shook the car so bad more

I took my car here after I got in an accident and got it back in a week. They did a pretty good job matching the color, but here was some overspray in a couple of areas on the bumper which I wasn't happy about. They told me to bring it in after I told then and fixed it up in a couple of hours, so no biggie. The customer service was friendly and the help desk girl was hot. Cons: Building is on a big hill, bad for low cars. more

I was extremely surprised to see that Wilburn Auto Body had a positive review. I was involved in a car accident the week before Thanksgiving '05. My car sufferred some front end damage and minor rear damage and, because they shared an office with my insurance provider, I took it to Wilburn Auto Body to be repaired. I did not get my car back until a couple of days before New Year's! My car sat at Wilburn's for over 30 days! I have NEVER, EVER seen such slow service. Even then, after all that time, things weren't perfect when I finally did get my car back. There were still some small scratches left on the rear bumper and, for whatever reason, the driver seat shifted slightly when I would turn corners. There was no way I was taking it back to Wilburn so I ended up going somewhere else to finish their job. \r \r As a woman, I felt like they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge and tried to scam me (which they were somewhat successful in doing). Wilburn are the best repair auto place to take your car when your car ra wreck. My car has been wreck and my first option is wilburn. The office staff are very respectful. more

Wilburn Auto radio advertisment is not true at all. I took my car there after an accident in October 2007, Wilburn Auto has not repair my car correctly and it is now January 2008. Everytime they keep my car to fix the problem they will damage the body of my car and denied that they did not do it. That's why I would take pictures of my car before I will drop it off to them. There service is very, poor. My insurance recomended me to let them fix my car. I ask them question before that even started the work on my car they said oh yes we can fix that and you will not have any problem. Wilbrun Auto did no stand by there word nor promise, they try to do a rush job on your car. And hope that the customer willbe pleased, I'm very diappointed with the company, and false advertisment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! 11/2/2006

This is the worst establishment EVER!!! I originally took my car there after an accident, and was told it would be done in 2 days (to fix a bumper & recharge air conditioning that a hose was busted on)....I got my car back after 2 WEEKS!!! And these were not easy 2 weeks...I called daily & when my calls were returned i would get ""it will be done tomorrow""!!! I was asked out on a date by my sleazy representative...and when i was FINALLY told it was done, the bumper had bubbles in the paint as well as glue all over, so i didn't accept it, and had to return it AGAIN!!! A few months later i realize (after taking off my front license plate) that they had drilled a HOLE in the center of my bumper, which my dealership confirms that they do not do to new cars. PLUS i had SILVER over spray on the BLACK bottom of my car. When i took my car back ONCE AGAIN, the MANAGER refused to fix my front bumper saying ""My tech is a stand-up guy & says he wouldn't have done that""!!! After explaning the horrible ordeal i went through, he offers me a ""deal"" to fix my car at $100 dollars which is a ""bargain"" since they would normally charge $409....can you believe these people!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU WANT A GIANT HEADACHE!!! Cons: Timeliness, broken promises, horrible manager more

Horrible 1/4/2006

Disgraceful customer service, rude, disorganized, doesn't keep their word. If you don't like hassles, then stay away from this place. This was a 2 week headache. Will be looking for a new body shop in the future. more
