Wilburn Auto Body completed 95 of what the repairs specified. 1/7/2011

I appreciated the continual updates I received from Wilburn regarding my auto repairs. The work completed was very satisfactory, however, there was additional work indicated in the estimate from my Insurance Adjustor that was not completed. more

Awesome service and a hasle free experience 12/31/2010

Don Wyatt was fabulous to work with. He was thorough, precise, informative about the process to fix my car and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I was also very thankful he was willing to drop me off at my home the night I went for my estimate and bring my car back to the shop, even though it was after the close of business. This way they could start work on my car first thing in the morning. more

Average 12/30/2010

Car looks good after a 2nd trip to get piece of bumper replaced and 3rd trip to remove overspray. Asked for touch up paint ( I was willing to pay) for other places. Did not get. When I called to check on status of car, I was told "I just tried to call you". I have been in customer service - standard excuse. more

Inside section of the door was damaged, Chris said he'd get back to me, this was late October. I've yet to been contacted about how the section will be fixed. 12/30/2010

During the repairs a top section of the door was damaged. I took the car back and spoke with Chris. He'd said he'd check on it and get back to me. I've yet to hear from him or Wilburn. The outside of the door looks great, the damage done to the inside had nothing to do with the wreck. more

Wonderful Body Work 12/22/2010

I have had body work done on my vehicle twice by Wilborn Auto. Once when I was rear-ended and the second time for a front end collision. They are reliable, timely and the work is outstanding and seamless. I couldn't tell where the damage orginally was. They made my vehicle look brand new! I would recommend them to any and everyone! more

Can still see scratches after paying $250 to remove them. Feel that I could have obtained the same results if I did it myself and saved the $250. more
