BEWARE!!! I used Wilburn and they had my car for a month, always rude, never gave updates and car smelled like paint inside for a week. Do yourself a favor and move on!! more

WARNING: DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE!!! Where should I start? Front desk: zero customer service skills. no greeting, no have a seat, no explanation of what will happen next. Ryan P. was the tec working on my car. Only 2 of the 3 problems were addressed and he told me to take it to the dealer to fix the 3rd. (he NEVER checked that problem) . He had my car at the dealer 3 times but NEVER told them of the problem!! They are only focused on VOLUME not quality service or customer relations!!!!! \r more

His expertise is hard to match and the estimates he gives are quite low compared to other mechanics. I've gone here for an oil and transmission fluid change, as well as tire rotation.\r more

Great auto work 6/21/2012

If I ever need help again in any auto body situation I will definitely be back here with Wilburn they did a good job in my car that gave me the surprise it looked as new as how my car was before the accident. Thank you! more

I would NOT recommend Wilburn's. I will admit they do a good job with the paint (hence the 2 starr rating). However, the overall service and repair was poor at best. Spots were missed/covered up poorly (multiple times), the car had to be returned three times, repair work was nothing short of bait & switch (told one thing, got another), was lied to my face multiple times (by their manager Duke) despite providing photographic evidence to the contrary, and just last night the bumper they ""repaired"" fell off the car! (Nothing was hit nor scraped in the interim to precipitate it falling off.) My warning is this... While your car may ""look"" good, be wary as looks are often only skin deep. Personally, I would go back to them only for having individual pieces painted and NOT for any actual repair work. more

The worst place ever 4/10/2012

I took my car in under my insurance recommendation and after them having my car for nearly 3 weeks just to fix the front bumper i was excited to finally get it back once i drove away the car started shaking and the tire was rubbing against the front bumper i took my car back and they told me everything was fine and that they had already test drove it i gave the keys to the manager and told him to drive it himself and then tell me everything was okay he came back and told me that the shaking was normal and no big deal. I told him it was not normal and i wanted my car fixed like it was before i was in an accident. Finally after they could not fix it i had it sent to Hendrick down the street where they fixed it within two hours and i was told the problem was clear as day. If you dont want a hassle DO NOT USE WILBURN. more

Great Experience - No Hassles 3/7/2012

After being in a car accident the last thing you want to worry about is getting your car fixed. Well I dropped my car off and everyone was extremely helpful, including getting a rental car onsite. I received updates frequently and they had it ready 3 days early. No hassles from start to finish I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Terrible place to get your car fixed!! 11/30/2011

Terrible place to have your car fixed!! I know this because I have previously worked there and seen it all. All they do is take short cuts even when people pay for the high priced jobs. I seen them try to build a body line with primer.! If you want your car done properly take it to Maaco or Peach!! Oh yea and Janice in human resources is literally a nut case!! more
