ok 3/22/2011

Paint job needed to be redone, which could have been caught by an inspection before I made the trip to pick up the car. The Manager took complete responsibility and promised to make it right - no excuses or BS, which was appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed dealing with them and expect that my case was just an honest mistake. more

Service-Fine Customer Service- Poor 2/24/2011

I had a wonderful experience at the Wilburn in Mooresville. I got daily emails about the progress, even pictures. My last experience at the Wilburn in Cornelius was horrible. I was told it would take 3 days to have all the repairs completed. I got NO phone calls, NO EMAILS. When three days lapsed...I called to check on progress, left a message, no return call. I called again the next day, I was told Brian would get back to me, he did the following day. He stated the car wasn't ready but he'd call me by 2pm that day to let me know where we stood regarding pick up the following day. He never called. I called the next day and he was very snippy with me and said my car took extra time but was now ready for pick up. HORRIBLE and unacceptable, I will never go back. more

I was truly floored on the outstanding service I received. I was called as promised regarding the progress on my car. It was completed on time. When I picked up my car ... it was washed, the heat was on, ready for me to inspect, sign, and leave. I was WoW 'ed! Also great having Enterprise on site also helped. more

My car was returned to me with a check tire light on and a broken CD player. I guess I dont know enough about cars to say weather or not these problems were a result of my accident but i can say that if i spend 7200 dollars to get my car fixed it is quite dissheartening to get it back with components that still requitre attention that were not a problem prior to my accident. Overall my experience was fine. The work they did do looks great and it was completed in a timely mannor. I received a call at least once every day when the car was completed to come pick it up and to get them the insurence check which was difficult obviously because i didn't have a car. A little bit annoying. Once I brought them the insurence check I was still unable to take my car off the lot because they said they had to deposit the check first and there was some difficulty in doing so because of the way the check was made out. I dont know if there is any way around that, or if I should have communicated differently with my inssurence co. but it forced me to make two trips out to the location. more

Customer service is front and center 2/15/2011

After having my vehicle damaged by another driver, I brought it to Wilburn in Concord where Bryan took care of everything which was very important since I travel and did not have the time to worry about it. After the other party's insurance company only wanted to allow for an after market fender which did not fit properly, Bryan went above and beyond to have my vehicle repaired again with an OEM fender and get it back to me and worried about settling with the insurance company later. Bryan, Chris and the entire staff at Wilburn were more concerned with taking care of their customer than worrying about a couple of dollars difference in the insurance settlement. I would certainly recommend Wilburn Auto Body to anyone! more

Excellent Experience 2/13/2011

This entire experience was stress free and as promised. The lady in the front office was always professional and efficient. Chad Freeman was always available to me for questions and went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He needs a raise!! Whoever is hiring for that location is doing an excellent job!! more

The worst 2/8/2011

Worst auto body repair experience ever!!! They have held my car for over a month. When I call for an update they tell me they have no excuse as to why it has taken so long. This place is the worst and I will never do business with them again. more

Rather pricey repairs - took over a week to complete. Job was satisfactory but curious about actual costs of repairs. Thanks RESPONSE FROM Wilburn Auto Body: Joel, thanks so much for your review, your honest feedback helps us get better at our customer service. I looked into your repair and the majority cost of your repair was in the parts. Unfortunately, higher-end vehicles have higher prices when it comes to parts. The reason it took longer than expected was a parts delay. Hopefully, the rep helping you kept you informed of all those details. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Worked well with the insurance company on the repairs related to insured loss. Also did a good job on the misc nicks and dings that I had repaired while they had my vehicle. Timely service. Timely updates. Gave me a ride home the day I dropped it off too. Very happy.. more

My car was totalled. 1/12/2011

Can't really give much of a rating, as no work was done. No one offered to help me find my car so that I could empty my personal belongings out of it. I personally believe my car was fixable. I had just done a couple thousand dollars worth of work on it, so while I got the NADA value on my car, my car was actually worth more. It seems like they were quick to total my car as I am sure someone could have repaired it and sold it for a good amount more than the cost to repair it. Parts alone were worth a lot. more

In fact, our latest accident - someone backed into the side of our car - when we spoke with their insurance, and were given a choice of where to take our car, we said - without a doubt, Wilburn.
