I was extremely surprised to see that Wilburn Auto Body had a positive review. I was involved in a car accident the week before Thanksgiving '05. My car sufferred some front end damage and minor rear damage and, because they shared an office with my insurance provider, I took it to Wilburn Auto Body to be repaired. I did not get my car back until a couple of days before New Year's! My car sat at Wilburn's for over 30 days! I have NEVER, EVER seen such slow service. Even then, after all that time, things weren't perfect when I finally did get my car back. There were still some small scratches left on the rear bumper and, for whatever reason, the driver seat shifted slightly when I would turn corners. There was no way I was taking it back to Wilburn so I ended up going somewhere else to finish their job. \r

As a woman, I felt like they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge and tried to scam me (which they were somewhat successful in doing). Their management team is completely unt
