...use their services ever again. If I have to operate my car like the Flinstones, I'd do that before dealing with this place. I already knew they gave RIDICULOUS repair estimates, however, my insurance company asked that I use them for service for an accident. The damage was minor for both cars, but they pushed me to get mine fixed right away. Being ignorant to insurance policies and procedures, I took it in. I was operating on the strength that they were going to take care of my rental car like they promised and that I would be billed for services. They said nothing about holding my car until I paid my deductible straight to them in full. Now I had to cough out a huge payment to get my car back AND the rental car company withdrew funds from my account because they will not take care of the payment as agreed. This place is a joke. When I picked my car up, I drove up the street and there was a thumping noise underneath by my wheel base that was so loud and shook the car so bad
