I appreciate the courteous service and heads up on any delays. Things don't always go as planned and keeping you informed makes all the difference. Also appreciated the no hassle review and fix when a problem arose. Great service. more

had a little problem with the amt of the deductable the ins co. statefarm made a mistake and while they were correcting this my sales person got a little bit upset with me. He was a little harsh about what I was going to pay (rude) more

They clearly explained what needed to be done with the car and why; expected time of completion; and final cost to me. The work performed was so good, no one would know that I had hit a deer. more

Did a great job! One small issue, but nothing major... 5/27/2010

They were prompt, courteous, professional, and I've been very pleased with the results. I did have a squeaky steering wheel when I got the car back that I didn't have before. I'm not sure how that happened, but it's not been a big issue. I'd definitely recommend them, and if I ever need any work done again, I'll certainly bring my car back! more

I have a really good experience with only one small glitch in that there was some misalignment that needed to take my vehicle back to fix. Although slightly inconvenient, I have always been pleased with their response to concerns I have had. I have used them several times, and although hope to never have to use them again, I would without a doubt return. more

Inexpensive auto repair shop 4/6/2010

I had an issue with the person I was working with calling me to let me know when the ordered part for my car would arrive. I had to call him and leave a message. He never returned my call so I called him the next business day. He finally called me back and I took my car in to get the side mirror fixed. I was pleased with the replacement of the mirror and the minimal time it took to repair it. more
