WARNING: DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE!!! Where should I start? Front desk: zero customer service skills. no greeting, no have a seat, no explanation of what will happen next. Ryan P. was the tec working on my car. Only 2 of the 3 problems were addressed and he told me to take it to the dealer to fix the 3rd. (he NEVER checked that problem) . He had my car at the dealer 3 times but NEVER told them of the problem!! They are only focused on VOLUME not quality service or customer relations!!!!! \r
