Prompt, Professional, and Clean 4/18/2016

One of my toilet had a leak at the base. Thomas M with Abacus came out, looked at the situation, and quoted the job. After I accepted, he pulled the toilet, found that the wax seal was almost completely gone, replaced it, and then reset the toilet. Thomas M also adjusted the flapper inside the tank so the toilet flushed better. All in all, prompt, professional, and very clean. Also, Thomas M has a great attitude. Would definitely use again. more

Very professional and easy. 4/18/2016

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical was great. They sent out a guy and I had a problem with an electrical line in my house and he was literally able to find the problem and fix it in about 10 minutes or so. There was also a problem with a switch in the house and that took him a little longer but he was very professional and was able to fix it as well. The prices seemed fair, I don't have much to compare to but I felt they were fair. I would use them again. more

Everything went well with Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical. I don't have very much time to do this because I'm working but I can say that they were good, I didn't have any problems with any of their work and I would use them again. I'd give them a 5 out of 5 for everything. A highly recommended company. more

A polite receptionist explained there would be a late charge for handling my emergency and said she would call as soon as a plumber was available. She did exactly as she said, and the serviceman, Levi, was courteous and efficient. more

Great service and recommendations. 4/11/2016

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical came in to do the annual check up that you have from one season to another. So I had that done and the person who came out recommended me one part that he thought needed to be replaced. He said you could do without it but he did recommend it and I agreed so he installed it. He was very nice and easy to to work with and I felt he was very honest. I would recommend them to other people. more

I feel that Abacus is a company that has been around for years and they stand by their service and products. I did not find a company that gave such great information about how to cool my house down and what type of ac/heating I should have. more

Very Good Service 4/8/2016

Mateo knew exactly what was wrong with our faucet the moment he turned it on. I appreciated that Mateo came prepared with shoe covers to walk on our carpet as we just had them cleaned. The only negative thing about the visit was that the part was not available on the technicians truck, so he had to go retrieve the part. This took about 20-30 minutes, but once he returned the installation of the new part was done quickly and to our satisfaction. more

I hired Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical and the guy who came in did some maintenance and a spring service call. He was just really professional, really polite and let me know about my AC units, I have two. He let me know one of them had issues, it was a little older and he took care of it. He also cleaned out the filters and showed me how to do that myself. Overall I am just very very happy with everything they did. I would recommend them. more

Excellent service and excellent experience 4/5/2016

I've got nothing but good things to say about Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical. They cleaned out the sewer drain in the rental property, put a camera underneath to identify problems, and also gave a bid to fix the problems. Everything turned out good, and I would use them again. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want quality work, they are the people to call. It was a great experience with good quality work and good advice. more

Leaking bathroom sink faucet repair 4/4/2016

Friday at 4:45 PM, a bathroom sink faucet sprang a leak. I called Abacus and was assured a plumber would be at my home by 6:00 PM. Andres Garcia phoned within 20 minutes and arrived about 45 minutes after I had called. He repaired the leaking faucet professionally, neatly and courteously. Not a drop of water was left on the countertop. Once again, Abacus helped me. more

A Professional Company 4/4/2016

I've been using Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical for years. They came out to put a clamp on a leaking pipe in the attic. The leaking stopped, so the results are good. Reasonable prices. Only one man came out and he was very efficient. I've been using them for several years now; and it's a dependable company with diligent workers who does really great work. more

Outstanding Emergency Service 4/2/2016

Responded within about an hour of us noticing water leaking through our attic ceiling. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Replaced our two hot water heaters in a tight attic space, pointed out venting issues that should be fixed, and completed all the work on the same day. I had to catch a flight at noon and felt totally comfortable with my wife being alone with their technicians and had total confidence that the work would be top notch (and it was). more

Great work, a little pricey. 3/31/2016

The only problem I had with Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical is I thought they were a little high on the price. The original call was to repair a plumbing leak in the cold water side of the bathtub but it ended up being a complete re piping of the house. They fixed the initial leak, which led to another problem, which they fixed, which led to another problem. So in the end it had to be a complete re plumbing of the house. The house is 70 years old so it makes sense but just wish the pricing would have been better. The workers they had out were great though, they showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. more

They're good 3/30/2016

Manny of Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical did a fine job. There were three stops in the sink he replaced. I'm having my kitchen completely redone, and when they tried to turn the water off it wouldn't turn off, so they couldn't do anything when they came out. The problem is not solved and may not be solved for a while. They fixed sink supplies but didn't come out until 10 at night. This tech was fine too, and his name was Jason. We're still waiting on the leak to be fixed but unfortunately they're waiting on another company to solve the water issue. more

I thought they were professional 3/29/2016

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical's service person unplugged my toilet and I don't have any complaints. He was was courteous, on time, friendly, and went about his business with no problem. It was my first time calling them and I think they are a little pricey. He was here 15 minutes to run a snake a little more than six feet down the toilet--and charged 200 dollars. I thought that was a little expensive. Other than that, I enjoyed his conversation and he was friendly. more
