Bill & Josh did a great job in getting me back up and running after a blocked pipe prevented my house from draining. Friendly customer service and I even got a call to make sure everything went well after the repair was completed. more

Liked everything about them. 3/28/2016

Well I liked everything Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical did. the guy they had out did a great job and he didn't take all day. I was having the plumbing issue ongoing for about a week and he came out and put an end to it. I would definitely recommend them to other people and I would use them again. I appreciate how quickly they work and are able to get out. more

Re-pipe of home 3/27/2016

Total re-pipe of my home and shower pan fixed and hot water heater installed. All American is the Co. that fixes the sheet rock after the re-pipe. Entire job done professionally. I would highly recommend their services. No regrets. more

Professional and pleasant. 3/24/2016

I had Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical out to just to do a plumbing inspection and to service my AC. In my opinion they were great, they were on time, I got a phone call saying they were on the way, they were very professional with what they did they were very knowledgeable in both areas. They also didn't make recommendations that weren't necessary, so they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I would recommend them. more

I was extremely impressed with all the electricians that worked on my house this week. They all did a great job. I had an outdoor light that I wanted to installed on one side of the garage door and I had contacted several electrical companies that told me it was impossible to install it. However, your electricians were able to get it done and it matches the other light on the other side of the garage door - needless to say, I was very happy!! They all did a wonderful job installing several recess lights and inspecting my house and rewiring the breaker box. They were here for two days and were very neat, friendly and polite. I will recommend you to all of my friends. Thank you again.? more

Clogged Drain 3/16/2016

Had a clogged drain. Abacus Plumbing technician came on time and work was excellent. This company has GREAT communication skills. I was called by their dispatchers when techs were on the way each and every time. Other plumbing companies don't do this. Technician was experienced and informed me of everything he was doing and when. Excellent company that cares about their customers and their service. I would recommend them to anybody looking for plumbing. more

Very thorough and polite. 3/11/2016

I don't know much about plumbing but I know my water heater was bad and Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning sent the same guy they usually do. He is always very nice, detailed, polite and I just really like him. I keep going back to them because they are very prompt when we call they will always come out the same day or the next day. They are very thorough, there was a time when we had them replace some equipment and and it went bad within a year and they came back out and replaced everything free of charge. more

Quality service for years. 3/10/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning have done a lot for us through the years. Anything from garden irrigation, to fixing pipe leaks, to just general toilet issues. They have always been great. I continue to use them mainly because they're very reliable, the quality is high and they have an annual membership program that gives discounts on services, which is really nice. They are a bit pricey, but I would still recommend them but the prices are a little high. more

Juan at Abacus was very good. 3/9/2016

We hired Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning to correct three stopped up toilets in the home. We mainly dealt with they guy who came, his name was Juan and he was really good. He made sure to take his time, he was very thorough, he showed up on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Juan and Abacus to other people, he was great. The service fixed our issue. more

Quick and easy electrical work. 3/8/2016

I was having an issue with my doorbell, it wasn't ringing so I called Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They came on time and were very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. the work didn't take them too long at all and my doorbell is back up and ringing the way it should. I am still waiting for them to mail me all the paperwork that they were supposed to send, so I may have to call them because I haven't seen it yet but the work and service was great. more

Very high estimate. 3/7/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning just provided an estimate to do some outside plumbing work for me. I felt the estimate was very very high, which is the reason for my ratings today. I will most likely go elsewhere for my service needs. more

Plumbing services 3/4/2016

I called Abacus to come and fix a leaky shower head and didn't realize the size of the job. The plumber was efficient, clean and even spent some extra time to explain the problems. Thank you! more

Electrical Work - lighting fixtures replaced 3/4/2016

I had a few light fixtures that needed to be replaced. I had called an independent electrician that I had used in the past but he didn't return my calls. I decided to call Abacus because I had seen them in my neighborhood. I thought I would try a specialist. I am glad I did. Larry was very efficient and even took extra time to explain a few reasons why the lights didn't work and shared helpful tips for future problems. I will definitely call Abacus again for electrical needs and ask for Larry. Thank you! more
