Review content:
Mateo knew exactly what was wrong with our faucet the moment he turned it on. I appreciated that Mateo came prepared with shoe covers to walk on our carpet as we just had them cleaned. The only negative thing about the visit was that the part was not available on the technicians truck, so he had to go retrieve the part. This took about 20-30 minutes, but once he returned the installation of the new part was done quickly and to our satisfaction.
