Fast, efficient and courteous service 2/29/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning was very quick to respond and got the work done quickly. They rerouted some pipes and spent 6 hours here, and everything is working the way it should. We actually had a need for an inspection certificate, which they arranged for and made it all happen in less than a week from my original call to them. They made it very painless for us because we didn't have to go back and apply for the certificate. It was my first time using them and I would use them again for their courtesy and speed for what we needed done. They were just really great to work with. more

Completely satisfied 2/25/2016

The guys over at Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning do an excellent job of making their customers feel taken care of. The individual who was checking all the units for me was very congenial and friendly. He seemed completely at ease explaining to me what he was doing which made me feel more comfortable with the work he was doing. He was quick and efficient and I am completely satisfied with all the work he did. more

Excellent Customer Service 2/22/2016

We have had and AC/Heating unit installed by Abacus and they did an awesome job. We have also had some plumbing work done by them and we couldn't be happier with the results of all the work that has been done. We will always call Abacus with any plumbing or heating issues. We are also going to have Abacus clean our ductwork. They are always professional, courteous and punctual. Can't ask for nicer people more

Great job on plumbing and drains. 2/19/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning cleaned out all the drains in the whole house and all the way to the street. They even stuck a camera down and found out what was wrong on the street itself. Everything now is working as it should and the city will have to come out and fix the street, but Abacus was great. I couldn't recommend them enough. more

hot water heater disaster averted 2/19/2016

Abacus was right on the spot when I discovered water on the floor in my Houston Residence. The hot water heater in the attic had leaked into the walls below causing water damage. Abacus had the new water heater installed and a water damage expert on the spot within a few hours of my call. more

Call Abacus! 2/16/2016

The operators and technicians were all great personalities. They knew what they were doing and got it done fast. It was my first time using them. They completed a sewer drainage due to a clog. They ran a little late, but they were very professional. They apologized for tardiness, and they were very efficient. Their prices are fair. I highly recommend them. more

Good service, but expensive rate. 2/2/2016

I have used Abacus for several years. I worked for a company that used them and that's how I got the name. I've used them six or seven times within the last decade. For the most recent experience, it was just last week, he was here on time and had all the parts. He didn't really make a mess, yet he cleaned up some mess my dogs made. He insisted on cleaning up and did. That very nice. He was kind, efficient, and friendly. He did his job. Everything went well. However, the price was double what I thought it would be at $660 just for getting a garbage disposal done. more

Ridiculously expensive but customer service was fine 1/29/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning fixed a tap on the bathtub for us. We were not getting any hot water coming out so they changed out the tap for us. The service was good, but wow, it was an expensive tap- it cost us $375. The person who came out was great; he told us when he was coming and then he came on time, and he told us how long it would take and finished the project on time. The quality of the service was just fine, but I don't think the price was very reasonable. more

Too expensive. 1/27/2016

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning are extremely expensive. I had them come out because I had problems, it was a leak in a drip pan in our AC heating system and it was a fairly large job, but I ended up using another customer in this instance and got the work done for almost half the price. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. They were trying to hold us up basically is how I look at it. more
