Great work and pleasant. 7/12/2016

I have had Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical come out a couple of times. The first time they came and worked on our bathroom toilet because the water was not coming through fast enough. The tank is filling slowly and he replaced something and fixed that with no problems. Second time they came and changed the kitchen faucet. The guy who was out was very good, did good work and was very patient and very pleasant. more

Definitely recommended. 7/11/2016

I think Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical did a pretty I think they did outside work mostly, my husband would know better but I know we were satisfied with the work and the outcome. They did everything we wanted them to do and worked very well while they were here. We would recommend them. more

Juan Carlos Estrada is great. 7/8/2016

If you needed electrical work done, call Abacus and ask for Juan Carlos. He takes the time to explain everything to the customer in a way that you understand. If he does not know the answer, he will call to get it for you. He is very thorough in his work and you can tell he takes pride in it. Great asset to the company. more

Thomas who works in plumbing is a person that any company can be proud to say that he works for them. His skills are beyond reproach and his care for the customer is outstanding. He always has a smile and will go out of his way to make sure everything is O.K. with all of your plumbing. He is a great asset for any company and the way he explains things is excellent. Silvano & Juan were extraordinarily professional, polite and knowledgeable. They efficiently complete the two-system ac inspection, and clearly outlined recommendations to improve each system's effectiveness and address areas of concern. I would not only recommend Abacus, But also specifically Silvano as the A/C technician folks would want. The service and expertise provided by technicians manny (plumbing) and Silvano (HVAC) were superb! more

Plumbing Inspection 7/8/2016

What a joy to receive more than you expect! I thought we were just having our water heaters drained, and we received a complete plumbing inspection along with the work on the water heaters. It is nice that Abacus is looking to find a problem while it is still small before it turns into a large (and costly) repair. Our technician, Levi, was professional and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Abacus to my friends. more

Andres Garcia is knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a clear explanation of each issue and answered questions to my satisfaction. Dealing with necessary plumbing repairs was a far less unpleasant experience thanks to Andres. Abacus is fortunate to have him as a representative. more

Completely Satisfied! 7/6/2016

Came home late Sunday, 7/03 to a warm house. I figured I wasn't going to have much luck getting it fixed anytime soon. I found Abacus on an internet search. I filled out the service request form around 11pm and figured I wouldn't hear anything until Tuesday since the next day was Independence Day. To my surprise I got a call back in about 5 minutes! An appointment was set for the next day with no ominous warning of additional charges for coming out on a holiday. The technician called an hour ahead, showed up on time and had cold air blowing again in no time at all! Everyone at Abacus was very friendly and professional. Taking Care of Business 7/4/2016

Abacus management personnel and the service person were able to quickly resolve a scheduling problem and dedicated themselves to handling my plumbing installation as promised. They definitely wanted to prove their capabilities and attention to seeing that I was a satisfied customer. more

Annual plumbing inspection 6/30/2016

Randy Wilson completed a very thorough inspection of our plumbing. He was courteous, highly skilled and brought our tankless water heater up to code. We were very impressed with his work and plan to request him for our next annual. more

Very Competent Very Clean 6/28/2016

A plumber we had for many years passed away last year. We have had three different plumbers doing some minor work, change faucets etc. after his passing. Although they were fine for simple tasks, we did not feel they had enough experience to do anything more complex. Thank goodness for your employee, very experienced, clean, and explained in detail what was needed to fix our situation....Bravo Abacus for hiring such a professional ! more

Overall, pretty good 6/23/2016

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical replaced my evaporator coil and had a good response time. I contacted them in the evening and received a response the next business day. Everything turned out well. It cost a little more than I was hoping for, but overall I'm pleased with the service and work they did. more

I have used Abacus before for Plumbing issues but this was the first time I used their Electrical Service. We had a circuit Breaker Box that needed to be replaced and brought up to code. Our Serviceman, Larry Tiede, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, scheduled and performed the repairs in a prompt manner. Larry also kept us informed of every step he took and why it was necessary. Keep up the outstanding work Abacus. more

A Good Experience 6/20/2016

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical sent out an electrician who did a good job at repairing my lamp. He also did a few other extra things for I couldn't reach them. I looked them up in the Yellow Pages and saw the company's name and remembered seeing their trucks around in the neighborhood; therefore, I decided to give them a call. The electrician suggested that I get the membership plan. Now, they are responsible for our plumbing, heating and cooling as well as our electrical. more
