A great experience from start to closing! We made the mistake of starting with a big name mortgage company/bank and were completely treated like a number or case file. Even with our relatively unique situation, Debbie did the homework staying always optimistic, personally reassuring, and completely professional throughout the process. I have read negative and positive reviews about ifreedom direct. From my experience with dealing with Michelle Forslund at ifreedom direct, it has been a totaly smooth process from my preapproval until my final closing of my mortgage. Michelle is a true professional, very courteous, efficient, and answered every question I asked of her about the mortgage process. I had my doubts about applying online, but have since put those doubts to rest. Michelle collected all the required documents via e-mail or fax, and with amazing speed and accuracy she pushed it threw until final approval. My realtor was also amazed at ifreedom and Michelles' proficiency. The attorney handling my closing made the comment that the money was already there, they are usually waiting for the various companies to disperse the money. I think this truely spoke well for Michelle and ifreedom direct. I signed a few documents that were needed by ifreedom and the attorney faxed them to ifreedom, and the money was paid to all required parties. This transaction was very smooth and the 5 star rating well deserved. Now I am moving into my new house. Thank you so much Michelle and all the people involved at ifreedom direct. more

WOW, how do I even begin talking about this truly professional employee! For starters, he assisted in repairing our credit, called us on Dec 24 to wish us a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, and then after our finances were back on track he skillfully directed us through all needed processes to obtain our current mortgage. I could go on-&-on discussing the attributes of Rustin, but these are employee traits an entire corporation could build a dynamic employee training program. As a prior USAF Industrial Engineering Technician, I understand VERY WELL how valuable a skilled employee can be within an organization. I just can't say enough good things about Rustin! If I was his boss I'd take him and his family our for a big steak dinner to thank him for another JOB WELL DONE! more

She promised this would be the smoothest VA loan closing we ever had and Stevie and associate Jeff Sutherland delivered! Lines of communication were always open. Both were easily accessible via e-mail or telephone. We were working on simultaneous closings besides, our buyer selling a home in CA that needed to close before this VA loan could be funded. We received a last e-mail from Stevie on Saturday before the Monday close stating what we needed to do on Monday to get it done as she would be in Hawaii.
