I have read negative and positive reviews about ifreedom direct. From my experience with dealing with Michelle Forslund at ifreedom direct, it has been a totaly smooth process from my preapproval until my final closing of my mortgage. Michelle is a true professional, very courteous, efficient, and answered every question I asked of her about the mortgage process. I had my doubts about applying online, but have since put those doubts to rest. Michelle collected all the required documents via e-mail or fax, and with amazing speed and accuracy she pushed it threw until final approval. My realtor was also amazed at ifreedom and Michelles' proficiency. The attorney handling my closing made the comment that the money was already there, they are usually waiting for the various companies to disperse the money. I think this truely spoke well for Michelle and ifreedom direct. I signed a few documents that were needed by ifreedom and the attorney faxed them to ifreedom, and the money was paid to all required parties. This transaction was very smooth and the 5 star rating well deserved. Now I am moving into my new house. Thank you so much Michelle and all the people involved at ifreedom direct.
