Nate Lewis, was a big help for me, on getting a load on my first house. There were times I was ready to give up, on a VA load, and get a convention loas, but he would talked me out of it. He has alot of patience. I am glad he got my case. He guided me through out the process. my agent was trying to get a local person to help me with the load, but I am glad I stayey with Nate.He konws his job, and was able to guide thugh the load process. more

Honestly, I wasnt even sure if i was able to buy a house...until i called and found out that me and my wife can go shopping. Michelle put me in touch with an amazing VA Specific Realator in my area and I couldnt be happier with his performance. I even had a hard first week with my realator and Michelle and her boss Tom, called and put a foot in his A*S. We got the GOLDEN treatment after that. My area isnt very BIG on the ""out of area"" mortgage company either, but one call from Michelle and I was GOLDEN again. Anything I had a question about or a problem with, she was like a pit bull and solved it in a matter of a phone call. For Example: The house we bought was Brand New and the construction company wanted 10% up front and since VA loans are 100% financing and limited out of pocket investment, she wasnt going to let that happen. I ended up getting away with not even 1% down at signing and all my arears paid right back to me. IF IT WASNT FOR MICHELLE, I WOULD NOT BE IN MY 3K SQ.FT. CASTLE. Honestly, if your clueless about the whole mortgage process/financial info. Michelle will fill ya in. Give it a shot. Worked out for me, should for you too. Just got done reviewing some of the reviews. Overall, it seems the whole iFreedom Direct team got excellent reviews. I think it's all true. They'll all on top of their game. I've had the privilege to work with MICHELLE FORSLUND. She did more than just the loan application, she help improve our credit score for me and my wife's. Her expertise help us clear a big red flag on my wife's credit report which was causing some difficulty in the pass. Before iFreedom Direct, I actually applied with Bank of America. BIG MISTAKE! They turn me down. Just comparing with ifreedom Direct and Bank of America. Bank of America don't belong and should not even do any kind of loans in this business. Let the professionals handle it, they should strictly stay in the online banking business. Nothing more. iFreedom Direct and Michelle Forslund is too much of a professional. When she told me we'll get you that dream house you can bet your behind she'll get it. She has that military mentality attitude-CAN DO! I salute you Michelle and iFreedom Direct. I had missed several deadlines with USAA. I thought we would lose the purchase of our dream home. I went online to find a new lender. When I explained to Shauna what was happening with USAA she asked me to send her what I had (paystubs, financials ect ect) After authorizing her to receive my credit score she asked me when was i expected to close. I told in 8 days. She said she could do it within that time frame if there wasn't any hidden information. I told her there wasn't and we agreed to give it a shot. AMAZINGLY we closed in 8 days. She worked hard for me to get the best rate and any concession available to me. Except for a Sunday we were always in contact to make sure she got what she needed for the underwriter.
