I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Trevor Hoyt of the iFreedomDirect team. Mr. Hoyt was able to help my wife and I refinance into our VA loan when no one else would even talk to us. I made a bad decision a few years ago in taking the wrong mortgage for my needs, and I needed to correct that problem. Through his dedication and perseverance, Trevor was able to get us into the exact mortgage that we needed. His professionalism in customer service is unmatched in the field. There are times where I myself wanted to give up because I thought we were at another wall, but Trevor helped break each wall down. He truly cares about his customers, which is a rarity in any field, more or less the mortgage industry.
