I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Ifreedom Direct to anyone in seek of home loan assistance. I worked with Ben Kyle through out my home loan process, and I have to say.....Ben is awesome!!! He was with me every step of the way . From the begining; giving me helpfull advice to improve my credit score; all the way up until the day of close. I was always kept informed of the status of my application and at no point did I ever feel that I was out of the loop. Ben treated me like I was a friend; being sincere, honest and respectfull. Seriously.....I could not have asked for a better loan officer! I was mentally prepaired for some ups and downs in the begining and through out the whole process but I was surprised at how smooth and easy everything went. As a Realtor I understand the important role a loan officer is to a Real Estate transaction. Their professional ability to see the transaction through from pre-approval to closing is paramount to the transactions success. I found loan officer Cathy Sabater with iFreedom Direct to be that loan officer. She is top notch. She answered her phone when I called. She returned calls promptly if she was out of the officer. She helped guide me and our client through the VA loan process and most important but certainly not least, she treated our client and myself with respect and appreciation and offered her expertise during our transaction. Great service, great rate, incredible speed 9/27/2011

I just refinanced a VA refi I had procured through iFreedom Direct's Robert Scott. Robert amazed me the first time with his speed and efficiency in getting the paperwork through. This time things went even faster, and I now enjoy an even lower interest rate over the same term, and pay an even lower monthly premium. Best VA (or any other) Loan Experience 9/2/2011

I met Ben Kyle amidst a barrage of loan brokers, all making the same promises - except Ben. He stated the facts we had to deal with and offered no means of ""getting around the system"" as the other lenders were promising. He listened to my concerns and worked towards achieving my timeline - whoever does that? Today, we have the home my wife wanted as in ""Dream Home"" - and we were not first in line with the offers on this home. I believe God had a hand in this, and I believe HE led me to Ben Kyle. Ben and his staff were very timely and patient with me dealing with the mountain of paperwork and even our closer and Real Estate agent commented on how efficient and responsive Ben had been and that this was a very easy mortgage to process by comparison with other VA mortgages and their associated paperwork. Best VA Loan Advocates Available 8/31/2011

Just want to let ya know that Dan and Neils Jorgensen were the best VA Loan officers that I have ever came across. They were great advocates that did not leave me until we finalized the loan. Worst Company to go with 8/30/2011

They make promises, did not deliver on a single oneof them,, the worst,, run as fast as you can,, they promise lowest rates , not true, promise you the best loan experience , not true,, better , lower than all other rates, nt true,, then when youare ready to close the day of , they change you to a refi, and say you have poor credit add closing costs on a very small loan over five thousand dollars,, this is supposed,, was supposed to be a lowcost va loan,, and we got a credit rating, for them , they said fair credit,, va folks do your research this is not the best company to go with,, go with someone local in your area as much they will not do and still charge you for,, in our case title,, they couldnt do it because we were michigan,, their charges into the thousands,, BEWARE ,, Run not walk away and do your research,, all perfect ratings,, no company gets that,, this one will not show perfect any longer,, Terrible learning experience with lender and his so called higher up advisors. \r they dont listen and dont know difference between va disability and rsdi disability. posted incorrectly as well. more

Michelle was great to work with for getting my home loan, without her I would probably still be working on trying to get a loan for my house. We worked together for 6 months to get my credit scores high enough to qualify, and she told me exactly how to do it. If you are looking for a VA home loan Michelle is the one to talk too. more

After finding a gorgeous home in the Denver area, my first-time homebuyer client & VA loan shopper, found Debbie Losser while shopping rates online. Mr Buyer has just finished serving as a Marine Lt. This was the first time Ive bought a house and it went great. Don Ruff was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the questions I had he answered and everything went smoothly, there wasn't a time when I didn't know what was going on.
