Great Service with my home loan 2/16/2011

VA Government Loan Specialist Angela Roothoff initiated and then processed my GI Bill home loan in record time. She did it without any glitches whatsoever. All parts of the process went smoothly and quickly. She returned all my calls within minutes and answered all my questions accurately. Angela is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I just want to take a moment to thank iFreedom Direct and Jade Blake for the exceptional service we received. My husband is a gulf war vet using his VA loan for the first time. We had a difficult purchase process Jade stuck with us the entire time he guided us all the way through. Jade actually seemed like our friend and cared if we got the house. I honestly have never had such responsive service either. Our realtor even commented on it during our closing how if you contact them they get right back to you. They are also extremely knowledgable there just is not enough character space to say all the good things they deserve. Sandra Doe Is Fantastic 2/10/2011

This was the second time I dealt with iFreedom Direct and while my first experience was excellent, my most current experience was EXCEPTIONAL. We had a very difficult purchase process due to the fact we were purchasing a short sale. Sandra Doe, our loan officer, guided us through the process and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Re-financing A VA Loan With Them is Great Experience 2/2/2011

Over the years I have dealt with more than a few mortgage companies. I can say without any reservations that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Our loan officer, Nicholas Ottosen, was not only a true professional, he anticipated every question I had during the loan process.\r \r This was the first time I had attempted to do a VA Streamline Refi with an organization on the internet. Jeff Chalker makes the impossible happen !!! 1/18/2011

Jeff Chalker recently helped me move my entire family from Alaska to Tennessee. I currenlty do remote work in Alaska and work a schedule that allows me to live in Tennessee and travel to Alaska for work. We were able to find a house, complete the financing and close on the home while we were still living in Alaska. Jeff facilitated the whole process, help us navigate all of the hurdles and we completed the whole process with just one trip to Tennessee. The logistics of this whole move seemed insurmountable at first but Jeff assured me that he could make it happen. He not only made the move possible but got us the house at an interest rate that was unbelievable. Jeff Chalker Is The Greatest Arround!!!! 1/16/2011

Jeff Chalker answered all questions timely and was always professional!! He knew more about what was going on and how to get the job done than the realtors themself. Jeff made sure to get me the best deal out there for interest rates and had all the paperwork done before the banks and realtors. Jeff was always 3 steps ahead!! While getting a house you deffinately want to be quick and timely. Jeff went above and beyond, he did more than was expected and I could not have asked for a better experiance when buying a house!!!! Danielle is a resource manager. We never met her but felt like we had made a new friend. She answered all of our questions about the VA loan and asked some from us also. Shannon Mckinney was the best! 1/9/2011

\r This is my first time buying a house and at first I was kind of skeptical about dealing with someone out of town on my first home loan. Shannon Mckinney with ifreedom direct when I first talked to her explained the VA loan process and how the loan process works. I gave her my realtor information and she cantacted my realtor that very same day. My realtor sent me an e-mail and said that she enjoyed talking to Shannon Mckinney and that I should deal with ifreedom direct, so I decided to go ahead with loan application. Shannon Mckinney was awsome and she was very attentive to all my questions. I even contacted her on the weeekends and within the hour she contacted me via her I-phone with answers to all my questions. I closed on my house with-in 35 days. We reseached mortgage companies to assist with the purchase of our new home and all the reviews recommended iFreedom. We thought initially we were purchasing using a VA benefit but at the 11th hour things fell thru, no fault of Laurie's or the company, but her thorough investigation skill prevented a possible HUGE issue! She backtracked and got us FHA loan just in the nick of time. We were able to close on a bank owned Fannie Mae property - start to finish in less than 4 weeks. Laurie jumped thru hoops, worked very hard to get this deal done when everything seemed to be working against us. She was always professional, compassionate and truly committed to us! You can be sure that from now on, I will recommend iFreedom Direct to all my military friends (including the potential buyer for the house in NC). You know the VA application inside out, and these local lender really have no clue on how the VA Loan works. No offense to them, but they cost us more money by waiting too long to admit that they couldn't do it, and by then the interest rates increased. I am a realtor in the West Ga. area and recently sold a home to one of our Navymen. He chose to have iFreedom to handle his VA mortgage.
