Hair Experience! 2/4/2012

My time spent at Z's has always been a wonderful experience. The women who check me in are always very polite and willing to help. No matter the request. The women not only act professional but look the part as well They are ALL beautiful! And Zamera, the young lady that cuts my hair, is the best!!! She as always gone above and beyond. more

New Hair do 2/3/2012

I enjoyed my visit to your salon and they showed me around..It was really nice there. The lady that did my hair, was really nice and asked me questions about how I wanted my hair..I have alot of curls...I can't seem to manage.. I hope my grandma will take me back again. more

JUST WHAT I NEEDED! 2/2/2012

HAVING JUST RETURNED FROM BELIZE BUILDING A HOME FOR FAMILY IN NEED, MY MUSCLES WERE SORE AND I HAD BUG BITES ALL OVER! I GOT A FULL BODY MASSAGE WITH NIKKI INCLUDING HOT STONES ON MY SHOULDERS AND BACK. IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED! THANK YOU! more

Like the cut experience, hate the color experience! 2/2/2012

I would recommend the hair cut service if you don't mind a large noisy room. The color experience leaves a lot to be desired, the room is dirty, at times the wait too long (after I complained it got better) and I HATE having somebody I just paid $100 to put a towel on my wet head and say..."there you go" I will not go back until somebody else combs me out and at least dries my hair for me. Spa experience, I think not. more

Autumn always does a fantastic coloring job with my hair. I get many compliments! I just wish the process wasn't so lenghty (noon appointment and I left at 2:15). more

Great experience 2/1/2012

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly people. I have never been treated so kindly. They make each client feel as if they are number one, and that's great!! It was my first visit and I couldn't have been more happy with it. I have already raved about Z Salon to my friends and anyone who will listen :). more

This was my first time at the salon and it was a very relaxing time. I recieved a gift card from a friend. I called her right away and thanked her again for an amazing time. I was treated with such respect and care. It is a wonderful place to be pampered. I will return soon. more

pedicure 1/31/2012

This was my 1st vist to Z salon! I have to say I was disappointed with 60.00 pedi! The hot water in the pedi chair did not work so it had to be heated in the microwave, there were 8 color choices and if you didn't like the colors you had to pay extra for the color you wanted. Also I waited over an hour when I had an appointment. I was so excited to go to the Z salon but was very sad with my experience! I won't be getting 60.00 pedicures here ever again! more

Not worth it! 1/30/2012

Ok so I am not a complainer... but this really upset me $80 for color on dark hair, no highlights, nothing too complicated. First of all I went in for color had an appointment at 2:00pm I was on time and the girl didn't touch my hair until 2:30, if I am going to pay $80 for color then it better be the best experience ever because I know that color isn't that expensive. And then she couldn't even blow dry my hair, I had to do it myself literally! Seriously there are less expensive salons that will treat you better, on time, charge less and at least blow dry your hair... more
