My spa experience 1/29/2012

I truly love coming there. I have been coming frequently for the last year and I love it but do have a few thoughts. One, there is a lot of noise in the spa area(meaning massages and sauna area). Also, the shower/sauna area is just too small. I have several times had to wait just to get into the area for a locker. I usually always wait for the one good shower. I just want to end on a good note because I do enjoy the spa, there are just a few things that could make a big difference in the experience. more

Nicole is amazing! She know exactly what to do with my hair and does great cuts accordingly. Will style it precisely how I need, as well.. Never have had as consistently great cuts Z Salon provides more

Zemira is wonderful! 1/28/2012

I use either Kristi or Zemira for ALL of my haircuts, and Autumn for ALL of my hair color appointments. All three women are amazing! However; yesterday, my appointment was with Zemira and I love my hair, as always! With 4-kids, a full-time job, and starting my own fashion business in my free time, they make me feel like a queen during my time spent at Z! Believe me, feeling like a queen is very much needed in my busy life right now.. And all 3 women have never failed me! I would be there every week for some sort of pampering if my schedule allowed! more

Kelly is awesome! She spends the time to find out what I want and always delivers. She has a great eye for style and knows what would look most flattering on me. I always feel so pampered at Z's. The little extras like hand massage, lip gloss, etc. really make a difference. Loves it! more

Great massage but disappointed with dressing area. 1/27/2012

My message experience was sensational. Made another appointment with same message therapist. I do have one negative and that is the dressing area. It's too open and should be in a separate area that is relaxing and quiet. It's extremely small and there were cleaning personal walking around while I was changing. Also a male was in the area as well. That made part of the experience negative for me. more

Good service except for brow shaping 1/27/2012

I always enjoy my hair cut but my brow shaping was not exactly what I wanted this time. My brows are not shaped the way that I like with a higher arch and a little thinner. While I apprecaite one's artistic input, it is still about what I want as a coustomer not what the nestatician wants to do to my brows. more

Lash tint 1/26/2012

This was my third time to Z Salon for a lash tint - each about a year apart. The tint lasted longer than expected and was a help on vacations, not having to dig the mascara into the roots of my blonde lashes. more
