pedicure 11/9/2011

technician was great but polish was old and clumpy, she added stuff to it to thin it, but why not open a new bottle. so my toes chiped in 2 days, will not be getting pedicure here again. more

I have a hard head of hair to cut due to strong growth patterns -- always had to go home and cut on my hair myself after an appointment. Not here! Angela really knows her stuff! more

Excellent Service 11/9/2011

Z provides excellent service with a highly skilled staff. Overall, great experience. The only area they need to improve is punctuality. Don't sweat it if you're running a bit late, chances are they are too. Well worth the slight wait though. more

Z Spa - great for the body and soul! 11/8/2011

I have had a number of services in the spa and have never been disappointed. I have always been treated as though I was the most important person in the entire spa. They thoroughly explain what they are going to do and answer any questions that I might have and I always leave completely relaxed and "de-stressed". I will be going back as soon as possible. more

Great job with challenging hair 11/7/2011

My hair is thick and wavy and different textures and I have a cowlick- haha! Before I started coming to Z, I'd go 2-3 YEARS without a haircut; I just kept it long and wavy. I thought I was too low-maintenance for anything else. I decided to try a medium-short cut for a change and you guys always manage to do a great job with it. I get such good haircuts that I can go a few weeks without cutting it and my hair always looks great without a lot of effort. Thank you for that! I love the aromatherapy, which was left out of my last cut, but I still had a great experience. I also love the tea! Thanks for the great service and the mad skills. more

I have several massages in the past, but this place surpasses them all. I honestly felt like a celebrity, silly, I know, but truthful. Thanks so much for all the detailed work you guys put into everything there, it does not go unnoticed! I would recommend this spa to all my friends and their men to buy for them! more

EXTREEMLY BAD EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING WENT WRONG THAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG. 11/4/2011

When I booked my appointment I was told by a Z Salon & Spa Representative that my account had $70 on it.Upon my arrival I checked in at the front desk. I waited nearly 15 mins past my appointment time before a Representative called me and stated that I was late for my appointment. hmmm I wasn't too worried abut that. I proceed to the stylist chair and told her I wanted "My ends clipped and my hair curled." She washed my hair, clipped my ends & put some cream in my hair & said I was done. Now keep in mind no rollers or curling irons ever came close to my hair. I was a little on the pee'd off side she didnt even completely dry my hair. I just figured I could curl it myself. I go to the check out counter to pay for my POOR SERVICES only to be told that my gift card that was saved to my account was delcined.Honestly I deserve another hair do for all the troubles. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING. more

Okay visit. 11/4/2011

The Z staff was friendly, as always, but for some unknown reason I had been rescheduled for a haircut at a day and time when the requested hairdresser was not in. Luckily, they were able to get me in with someone and from there the rest of the appt went fine. I'm grateful they found an opening so I didn't waste my time driving there. more

I have been to Z Salon & Spa many times for full-body massages. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always super nice. The environment is very clean and VERY relaxing. I need to go more often!!! more

Nicole has worked with me to get a great cut that is the same every time. She always remembers the oil I love. The extra bonus at Z's of the hand, arm, & head message before the hair washing is priceless. I rave about the Z experience both for the salan and the spa every opportunity I get. more
