When I booked my appointment I was told by a Z Salon & Spa Representative that my account had $70 on it.Upon my arrival I checked in at the front desk. I waited nearly 15 mins past my appointment time before a Representative called me and stated that I was late for my appointment. hmmm I wasn't too worried abut that. I proceed to the stylist chair and told her I wanted "My ends clipped and my hair curled." She washed my hair, clipped my ends & put some cream in my hair & said I was done. Now keep in mind no rollers or curling irons ever came close to my hair. I was a little on the pee'd off side she didnt even completely dry my hair. I just figured I could curl it myself. I go to the check out counter to pay for my POOR SERVICES only to be told that my gift card that was saved to my account was delcined.Honestly I deserve another hair do for all the troubles. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING.
