Hair Color Appt. 11/12/2011

You used to have someone come around while you were getting your hair done and ask if you wanted to take care of your bill. That was a nice service and made the check out very nice, but I haven't been asked in forever. This was nice because when you get your hair colored you are there for 2 or more hours and if you have a cut following its even longer. Please start doing that again. more

Hair Cut and Future Appointments 11/12/2011

I had a haircut appointment with Devon this Friday at 9:00 A.M. and as usual Devon was on time and gave me a great haircut. When I checked in with Brandon I requested to set up appointments for all of next year with Devon. I gave him all of my perimeters and he said he would e-mail me the information. I haven't heard back as yet. How long does it take and what is the process? He only had one appointment made during my visit on Friday. One appointment in 45 minutes??????? Joyce Hameloth more

It is Saturday morning and after I had my hair cut on Thursday night with Angela it still looks great- even after sleeping two nights on it!! She understands my wavy hair and how to make it work! more

A relaxing treat 11/11/2011

I love to be pampered and pampered is how I feel at Z's. I love sampling all the Aveda products in the dressing room and after the shower. The massage was great. Just right! more

The only word that can describe Z Salon is "excellent." Rachel is absolutely "Excellent," and provides to me the best haircut that I've ever had. She is so kind and considerate of me while providing her services that it is an absolute pleasure to come to Z Spa. Don't change a thing about your wonderful business; just be kind to your employees because they are excellent. more

Favorite Place 11/10/2011

I drive from Shepherdsville every 8 weeks to have my hair colored and styled. Yes, it is a long drive, but worth it to have professionals who really know how to take care of me. The only suggestion I could offer for improvement is the noise level....it really is awful! more

The ladies who helped me out did a great job on my hair. But to be honest, the way they talked to each other when they thought I wasn't looking came off as a bit rude. I'm just use to hair stylists talking to each other if they want to. I don't see a problem with that and usually the ones that do are enjoying themselves and their work environment. There were a few times the girl who was working on me whispered or someone walking up to her would whisper or I'd catch them mouthing something to another stylist. I can't imagine what about- work related or otherwise, it just gave a bad impression and it seemed more like what I would imagine a version of mean girls in high school. I think I'd much rather have someone hold a conversation over me than make such efforts to keep it away from me when reality is it's noticed. more

I was so impressed with my experience. I believe her name was Leslie that did my massage, I have had a ton of them but I must say she ranks number one in my book. If Z Sslon & Spa is smart they will do everything to keep that girl there! Everyone was very nice and I will recommend Z to everyone. This was a gift from my girlfriend... she must really love me to have sent me there. Thanks again Kate! more

Haircut with Devin 11/9/2011

My experience at Z was excellent. Devin did a great job onmy hair, listed carefully to my likes/dislikes and verified with me throughout the cut that she was doing what I wanted. She also remembered that I had mentioned that I had mentione at an earlier appoitment, that I was thinking of a color tweak. She introduced me to one of the colorist, Elizabeth. Devin was right on time and a joy to do business with. more

Z Salon never fails to amaze me. They have the friendliest staff who are willing to do whatever they can to make your visit the best. Always offered a drink while waiting for my service and can't beat the complimentary hand massage when you get a brow shaping. more

I probably don't frequent the salon as much as i should but when I do I generally have a wonderful experience. I'm not sure how long I've been visiting Nicole but she always makes me feel welcome and we talk continually; Well until the blow dryer comes on. I like to give her the freedom to style my hair as she sees fit and I don't have a complaint yet. Thank you Z Spa for my stylist, Nicole. more
