I had a wonderful first experience at Z's. Everyone was welcoming, nice, and helpful. The transitions from each treatment were smooth and I was relaxed the whole day. I did wish there was something to eat besides apples. My spa day was a present and I was there from 10am-3pm. I was starving by the end of the day and wish I could have had the option to order something to eat. more

I'm never disappointed with my visits to Z's and this time was no exception. Shawn cut my hair for the first time and he did a great job! Knew exactly what I needed, showed me how to style my hair and helped me with product. Can't wait 'til my next appointment. more

I usually get my hair colored by Faith, but I needed to change my appt time. I was scheduled with someone who called in sick for the day and so I was assigned to Sarah. She was so very professional and accomodating. I will definitely keep her in mind when Faith is not available. more

Haircut Experience 10/31/2011

Kelly was great! I enjoyed her feedback and "loved" my haircut. Kelly was very helpful in giving feedback on how to style the hair. During the styling process she would stop to illustrate exactly what she was doing so that I could learn the techniques that would help to style it the way she did. Great experience and am looking forward to the next haircut. more

I recently had my second appt with Zemira and could not be happier. The staff is exceptional, I feel that I am not rushed and given great attention and time. Now, it is finally a real "treat" to have my hair done! Please always continue the special attention and care to your guests. The pamering and casual elegance make you stand out above the rest! more

rushed work 10/30/2011

Over all the work was rushed and less than acceptable. I was offered something to drink and the building itself is anesthetic. My cut and style appointment was late. The cut is not what I wanted. I showed a picture of mid-length layers that frame the face and got choppy layers around the top and BLUNT along the bottom. So now the bottom of my hair flips away from my neck like a ducks tail. :( more
