Hair color 10/29/2011

The hair colorist did an excellent job but she was busy so another colorist washed my hair which is fine. But when I got home I kept feeling gummy clumps in the back of my hair. It was a bunch of hair color that hadn't been washed out. This is the second time this has happened to me. I have no other complaints. Your colorists are all lovely people who are just a joy to be around. There is just this one problem that needs to be addressed. Thank You more

Excellence 10/29/2011

I often tell Rachel when she cuts my hair, that when I leave there, I always feel like a million dollars. Having two little ones at home, I always look forward to my appointments because it's a little time for "me". The personal touches the staff make, really help to relax you so you have to best experience possile. Thank you and keep up the great service! more

Zemira is the truly the BEST AVEDA Representative I have ever met !! I have been a faithful AVEDA client for 20 years,7 states & multiple cities. You will never leave your appt with her & feel ,as if you have wasted a minute of your life. Zemira takes care of every detail & ensures any service you request will always exceed your expectations. I have experienced Z's other services & NEVER,EVER been disappointed & neither will you !! more

Fabulous!!! Absolutely the best spa experiences. Everyone was pleasant. I was certainly pampered. I went in for a facial and came out feeling relaxed all over. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon and the $$ was more than worth it. more

Service Review and suggestion 10/28/2011

Z Salon always provides pleasant experiences with the serices I have used. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I wish that you provided some private changing areas for those of us who don't care for the "locker room" atmosphere. It was interesting to me that another client expressed the same sentiment as we were dressing. more

Services were great, but good luck making an additional appointment 10/27/2011

I enjoyed my services at Z Salon & Spa. I started going there in 2000 and left when my stylist left in 2009. I recently decided to return and the services are still excellent. However, there are two men who work at the front counter who are not well trained it seems. One of them scheduled my color/cut appointments apart and did not tell me. I waited an hour between the two appointments which was frustrating. Also, when I was paying for my services, I asked to schedule my next appointment. The man seemed irritated that I had asked to do so and then preceeded to tell me that all of the days that I asked for were not avaialable. Even on days he suggested! He then told me that I should call back and talk to the people upstairs to schedule my next appointment. It appeared that he just didn't want to do it and that was his solution to send me on my way. I do not intend on returning at this point as I cannot wait 3 months to get my hair colored/cut. more

Excellent service 10/27/2011

I had a great experience at Z spa from entering the building to leaving the facility. This is the best spa experience I've had in a long time. The place is very clean, nice smelling, and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Carla was all I expected and maybe more from a masseuse. I will definitely refer Z spa to my friends and family. more
