Chris Larsen is an excellent technician .He arrived on time and listened to our problem that was in the attic . we had just put in a new unit .the unit was vibrating loudly .He resolved the problem in a timely manner. He did not pressure us to get the extended program Chis explained what he did to fix the problem . We are satisfied . I would recommend Yes Plumbing more

I contacted Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing on 2/11 when my wife noticed that our Heating/AC unit was not blowing any air. Mathew B. from YES! came out, and spent about 15 minutes looking at the unit. He then proceeded to tell me it needed a controller board that was no longer available, and that my best option was to spend $11,000 on a new unit for the house. When I explained that I could not afford such an expense, he told me he could get a retrofit board for $1200. I told him I needed a couple of days to think about it, and he then stepped out to call his manager. He came back in and told me he could get a retrofit part and do the job for $650 the next morning. He came back the next morning, and spent less than 1 hour (less than 1.5 hours total for both visits) changing the board. I had my wife request that he leave the old part, and he did so very reluctantly. A quick Google search revealed that not only is the part still available from several sources, it only costs $100.00 retail. YES! charged me more than $500 for less than 2 hours of labor, and when I contacted them to have this corrected they refused. I explained how their tech misrepresented the state of my unit, lied about the availability of replacement parts, and lied about the true cost of the repair. They told me there was nothing they are going to do about it. more

Call to repair water line to backyard drip line into manifold.\r Quote for the job to cut out a 10x10 section of concrete to repair waterline\r was in excess of $1000.00\r Went to Lowes to price a saw and blade less than $100.00\r Rental for concrete saw for the day $232.00\r \r Save your money and do the job yourself. more

The technician who provided service was rude and unprofessional. He was more concerned about collecting the $49 inspection fee than anything else. As the homeowner, I was not there and, while I understand that in a case like that they require payment up front, I still expect professionalism. My brother (who was there) contacted me to let me know and also informed me he told the technician he would provide the $49. The customer service rep (Rayshawn) was quite nice, apologized and explained the situation. I explained to her that I can understand the concern with a new, unknown customer. However, less than a year ago, I spent more than $2,500 on services from Yes! and expected more from them given I was a known customer and this should have been considered repeat service. I pre-paid with Rayshawn, not only for the inspection and the required part and labor, but also the inspection fee for my second unit. She said she would advise the tech and I in turn advised my brother. When I arrived home, my brother advised that when he told the technician that the second AC unit needed to be checked, he responded with ""And that's ANOTHER $49!!"" in an equally rude, unprofessional way. Needless to say, I will never contact Yes! again for any service. The only good experience was Rayshawn, the CSR. more

Very unsatisfied with this company. Multiple reasons from the misinformation given by the initial CSR rep to the repair service to the subsequent service call but ultimately I will not be using this company any longer. I would not recommend them to anyone! more

A service technician by the name Jun A. \r of ""YES A/C & Conditioning"" is a one of thee best & friendly technician I've ever had. Not only did he fix & repaired my A/C. He also helped me with information on how to lower my power bill.\r Jun is a really honest guy, who likes to help other families by saving them money as much as he can. Jun was not only my service technician, he is now what i call a friend.\r I, from now on will only use YES! The plumbers arrived at my house early and banged on the door instead of ringing the bell. My husband let them in. There were two men. Why two? One says it would be $200 and he hadn't looked at our toilet with the problem. My husband told him what about the $20 but he went on trying to interest my husband into buying a new toilet. Our toilet is relatively new. My husband had enough because he knew that they were full of $hit and the charges would just escalate. My husband had enough and sent them on the way. We got a reputable plumber and he unstopped the toilet and although he had to go all the way to the main drain it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. This plumber even gave us a senior citizen discount. So, don't do business with this shotty Yes Man Plumbing company they will scam you for all the money they can get. more

Buyer Beware!!!! Their person shows up and a few minutes later the supervisor does as well. They then advise you of all the services they can provide without addressing the real issue in why you called. I needed a kitchen sink faucet. when I pushed them to address my issues, their estimate was for $715.00. I though about it and passed. I went to Home Depot, the same faucet, $125.00 and twenty-five minutes of my time. Really.... call someone else and do a little checking first. more

called them to come fix the a/c..... first of they over charge, secondly their inexprinced, argued with the guy on what was wrong with the a/c they milked the "inspection" and came up with something that didn't do with anything on the a/c..... waste of time and mostly MONEY!!!! more

***Find out for yourself!*** I hired 3 different companies to come out and TRY to fix my heater. Finally had Yes come out and they knew exactly what was wrong and had it running again in about 30 minutes. Yes....I may have paid a bit more. But had I called them initially, it would have saved me way more money and I would not have had to take a day off work. I will continue to use them, they are not rip offs. more

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Save your money and shop around. I wish I would have just let me garage flood from my broken hot water heater instead of calling Yes. They have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with and they will completely rip you off without being able to back up the charges. more

We woke up to our water heater broken and leaking all over the garage. We called YES Plumbing for an estimate. Our water heater is old and does need replacing. the technicians from YES told us that they needed $1400 to replace the heater, pipes and labor. They wanted just $320 to stop the leak and not fix the heater. We told them NO WAY, and they charged us $80 just to look at it. \r We then called Scott's 1/2 price Plumbing. Scott was wonderful. Free estimate, and a total of just $650 to replace everything, including labor. Thank you Scott. I will recommend you anytime. As far as YES Plumbing, do NOT call them. more

I had a running toilet which I tried several times to repair. With no luck I called Yes. Jason came out and was very nice and respectable. He repaired the toilet within 10 minutes, and went further and adjusted all the valves in our other toilets. He wouldn't even take our gratuity. I signed up with their service plan and they have not let me down since. Absolutely love this company and you will too. more
