Review content:
The technician who provided service was rude and unprofessional. He was more concerned about collecting the $49 inspection fee than anything else. As the homeowner, I was not there and, while I understand that in a case like that they require payment up front, I still expect professionalism. My brother (who was there) contacted me to let me know and also informed me he told the technician he would provide the $49. The customer service rep (Rayshawn) was quite nice, apologized and explained the situation. I explained to her that I can understand the concern with a new, unknown customer. However, less than a year ago, I spent more than $2,500 on services from Yes! and expected more from them given I was a known customer and this should have been considered repeat service. I pre-paid with Rayshawn, not only for the inspection and the required part and labor, but also the inspection fee for my second unit. She said she would advise the tech and I in turn advised my brother. When I arrived home, my brother advised that when he told the technician that the second AC unit needed to be checked, he responded with ""And that's ANOTHER $49!!"" in an equally rude, unprofessional way. Needless to say, I will never contact Yes! again for any service. The only good experience was Rayshawn, the CSR.
