When your guys came out, the Adviser, Jason, was on time and thorough. I had already done my homework on AC replacement last year so I knew brands, prices, and the process. I thought the price was within range for a 4-ton and I certainly appreciated being able to use the interest-free financing through Home Depot. As you know, it is a huge financial burden replacing an AC unit. The installer, Dennis, was a great experience also. He did the entire installation and everything looks nice and works well. I am very pleased with the whole experience! more

We called them on Friday morning after everyone else had given us the run around, they made an apointment for us the very next morning. They called at the end of Friday afternoon to confirm Saturday morning apointment and also that the technician will call 30 mns before showing up. Erica did a great job of keeping my posted on the progress of my service specialist, in spite of being outside the originally suggested timeframe, Erica continually kept me up to date. Ed Rabb, Service Specialist, was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part within 5 minutes. more

Run don,t walk as fast as you can from this company.This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. They came to my mothers house (she is 83 years old) to clean a plugged sewer line, They charged here $216.00.This is double the going rate in town, They proceded to tell here she had a bad p-trap (they do not go bad). This product can be bought at Home Depot for $5.00, They charged her $216.00. When I called the company to question this I was told the technican was off the next two days and was promised I would receive a call from the opperations manager when he had a chance to talk to the technician. I not only receivef no call but after many calls I was never able to speak with the manager again (he was alway on the phone or had just gone home @3:00 in the afternoon. This is my second letter I have written about your company. Had our A/C repaired last year & the job was fabulous. Wanted to let you know that Wayne & Jeff came today and installed a new toilet for us. They, also did a great job. The room has been totally cleaned up & they wore booties so our newly shampooed rug stayed spotless. Please know that the work done & the cleanliness was so great & we really appreciated it. Hope nothing else breaks but you will be the first company we call. Thank you. more

We recently purchased a complete air conditioning and heating system through Home Depot, with YES being the contractor. Our very first experience with YES was through Scott Belville, your Senior Comfort Advisor. He was very prompt for his appointment and extremely courteous and thorough in his explanations and answers to my questions. He was also willing to make another trip to our home later that evening to explain to my husband what he had already explained to me. Every step of the process of installation and follow up was very exemplary. The installation team was clean, timely and efficient. Mike, who did the drywall, was also a true professional. When we had a questions, Chris, the master technician, returned our call within five minutes, answering in understandable terms. Everything was handled exactly as Scott explained it would be handled. Scott also followed up about a week later to see if we were satisfied with every step of the process, which we certainly were. At that time he left an appreciation basket of 'goodies' from you. We would like to thank you for the nice gesture. more

I called them Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day between 3-5. Well, I couldn't schedule that but they gave me a time frame of 8-10 the next morning. They arrived closer to 8. They even covered their feet with those little booties. They gave me two options. One high, one low. They advised going with the low. So far it's working -- crossing fingers here. more

I'd like to compliment 3 of your employees, Scott, Chris and Mark, for the excellent service they provided to our family these last few days. Scott was very helpful to us in sorting our actual system needs, while taking into account what our insurance company would cover from the fire damage. He took great care in providing us with everything we needed to get back up and running as soon as possible. Your technicians, Chris and Mark were wonderful. They worked quickly and answered all our questions. Mark was here first thing this morning to install the digital thermostat. We were pleased and surprised that our unit was available for install so quickly. You definitely exceeded our expectations! Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Today, Billy Cooper arrived at my home to do the summer inspection on my Amana heat pump. Billy is the most efficient technician I have ever seen. Compared to the two people who came previous was like night and day. This employee should receive the highest evaluation you can give him. He even corrected two valves that were missed marked so when the next inspection arrives in about November there would be no confusion. Again, Billy Cooper who has been with you for 12 years, Is as asset to Yes! Air conditioning and plumbing. more

BE WARY...STRONGLY advise everyone NOT TO USE this company for air con problems. They will tell you they can't fix the problem and the whole unit needs to be replaced. They are very pushy in getting you to buy a new unit and WON'T TAKE THE TIME to explain or write down what the problem is. Very UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. Other companies can fix same problem at a fraction of the cost. more

I am in the military and currently deployed....Our AC went out back home, Service Magic recommended using Yes Air to get the repair done...My wife told me they were very professional and made sure that everything was fixed correctly. In short, they were great!! more
