I am blown away with their customer service. In the summer at 6:20am I called expecting to leave a voicemail about the problem I was having with my AC. Someone answered and scheduled Brent to be at my house between 8am and 10am. At 7:45am I got a call saying Brent was on his way. Brent arrived shortly and checked out the 20 year old failing unit. It was beyond repair. We discussed all my options and once I decided which replacement unit I wanted, Brent started calling in the order. Before we finished all the paperwork, the installation crew arrived and started their task. All the work was done by 2pm. I plan on telling everyone about their exceptional service and professionalism. I am thankful to them for making what could have been a very hot couple of days disappear in about 6 hours. more

I am writing this on behalf of technician/specialist Jordon A. He was at my house installing a heater and AC furnace. I must say his performance was outstanding and in a timely manner. His performance shouldn't go unnoticed. I asked many questions and he was able to provide me with answers, he cleaned up after himself which I found amazing, he re glued the tape on ac unit which was coming unglued and done by another installation specialist. He insured before he departed the premise that the AC and heater units was operational. His attitude, performance and work ethic went above and beyond expectation. I'm so thankful he was chosen to come out and install the unit couldn't ask for a better specialist. I'd like to say he's a great employee to have on board. he understands and knows his job. I gather that from our conversation. He really enjoys what he's doing. Please acknowledge him for me and let him know I say, Thank you again. more

I had my AC replaced tonight and the 3 guys who did it were so friendly, polite and they finished in less than 2 hours!! This was the best customer service I've ever received from repair or installation techs of any kind. They were awesome! Unfortunately I can't remember their name. They gave me a card and I give a huge thanks from me and my family. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family. more

Dennis, Pete and Jordan showed up, professionally dressed, polite and went to work like a trio of surgeons laying down plastic, taking the old system apart, bringing the new system into the house, working in very hot and unpleasant attic conditions, setting up the new system outside and hooking everything up like doctors! They were impressive, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after the project was done and then presented us with a gift basket! What else can one ask for!. Thanks alot more

On behalf of my wife and myself, we would like to thank you for the gift box that was presented to us after the professional installation of our new Rheem split AC system this afternoon. We were so impressed with your company that we have to write you this. From the very start when we met Jason H., he arrived ontime, he was dressed professional and prepared to discuss our needs in detail. Little did I know that as Jason and I were touring our backyard that our now replaced AC system had a fire start in the system electrical switch box next to the air conditioner. Jason dropped his bag without hesitation put a pair of gloves on and went to the electrical box and turned off the system that had blacked the box and part of the wall next to the AC unit. This fire was due to a local warranty replacement company who did not know what they were doing! more

Complete scam 11/26/2010

I called them because our hot water heater failed. They first tried to sell me on an expensive tankless system. When that failed, they said it would cost $3000 to replace the water heater, as many of the valves would have to be replaced, due to damage caused by our using a water softener. This was all misrepresentation, I called Home Depot, they did the entire job for less than $700. This company is one to avoid; they try to scare you, and sell you expensive equipment you don't need. more

Questionable practices... Hard selling on new equipment. 1/4/2010

Had a mailer with a $25 off certificate for any repair so I called YES! for a plumbing issue at the house involving a leak. When the appointment was set up, rep over the phone quoted a $59 trip/diagnosis fee, which would be waived if service is completed. Rep also advised YES! charges per job, instead of per hour.\r \r Service guy was prompt and professional on the day of appointment. Reset the toilet with two wax seals, and with an incentive, flushed the water heater tank as a bonus, for a little over $250, PLUS the trip fee of $59. Overpriced in my opinion, but there was over 2 hours spent on diagnosis, with a field supervisor coming in hardselling me on a whole house water system and attempt to charge be $2,500 for securing the one pipe underneath that toilet. When I brought the $59 diagnostic fee to the attention of the tech, he refused to take it off noting there was nothing remarked in the appt notes. Now why would I misrepresent something quoted to me?! Then with some pressure, he radioed the call center for confirmation. Failed to make successful contact, tech advised he'd take it off as a courtesy. And naturally, he then refused to credit the $25 certificate mailer, which clearly states $25 off any service job. The reason he gave was simply ""I already had to take off the $59 trip fee for ya."" Just Great.\r \r I've got a pretty big house with a few more plumbing issues to work on in the years to come. And one thing for sure, I wouldn't be using YES! again. Thanks for the sour taste you left in my mouth. Furnace professionals! 12/1/2009

Fast, reliable. Called last night and they scheduled me for today. Even let me change the time this morning! And they book a 2 hour time slot and STICK TO IT! They called 30 minutes before arrival, allowing me to leave work and meet them at my home. Great service, friendly, professional, courteous. Took the time to explain the furnace system to me and ways to make it more efficient. 2 service personnel came out (George and John, could they BE more generic names? lol...), but need to be home for service call as they can't enter without homeowner present unless vacant. hired ' yes' for a yearly maintainance. Every time they come,they find a 'big; problem, These guys work on commission. Nothing was wrong. One tech said I had a leak in the air conditioning system and needed freeon. He said it would be 425. When I told him no,I would look elsewhere, he came back with a 150 special. Told him no. got someone else here and there was no leak and freeon was full more

Couldn't even explain the problem! 7/25/2009

The ONLY thing these guys wanted to do was sell me a new system for $3,200! I just moved into a new house. It has a water softner that has been FULL of salt for 3 months. The salt level hasn't budged (indicating it is not working). I also have a reverse osmosis system under the sink to purify drinking water. The company that installed that 2 years ago when the house was built wanted $130 to replace the filters and check out the water softner. I bought some filters for $20 and tried to replace but couldn't. SO, I called this place that sent me a coupon and offered an inspection for $29 and figured they may just put the things in for a few bucks or I'd just pay for a filter replacement.\r \r When I called, I explained I was mostly worried about the water filter in the kitchen. When the tech arrived he immediately wanted to go to the garage and see the hot water heater. His first words were ""Well, what I'd recommend is taking the whole thing out."" I then got some story about how the FDA says that soft water is dangerous, that it can't be hooked up to cold water because it can't be drunk but that you skin absorbs ""it"" from the hot water in the shower anyway and I was committing suicide every time I took a shower; that the salt destroys all the pipes and water heater and that I'd have a $5,000 plubming bill before I knew it if I didn't pay $3,200 for a whole new water treatment system. When I asked why the salt wasn't being depleted, he basically said it wasn't working but he didn't know and that was that. So much for getting THAT problem fixed. \r \r Then I ask about the inside. He wouldn't even COME IN! He said that with a two year old system you don't know what sorts of bacteria, microbes and the like are living in the water tank and that the whole thing would need to be replaced!\r \r So I got an estimate for a whole house purification OR for just pulling out my water softner and closing off those pipes. Finding out why it was not working and fixing it was apparently not an option.\r \r So, this company is so focused on pushing new systems they don't even want to bother giving me a quote to fix the problem I have. I basically paid $29 for them to come out and give me a sales pitch. Pros: Cheap Cons: You get what you pay for more
