Finally, a great paint job 2/7/2012

The work on the 2010 Jetta was extensive. Woburn Forein Auto Body kept me informed during the whole process (pictures and status). When we picked up the car, it looked brand new. The paint work was PERECT. Very professional company to do business with. Thank you more

Took a long time to get my carr back from the shop 2/3/2012

It took 31 days to get my car back.I would'nt have mind if this was stated earlier .The initial estimated date was about 2 weeks but they kept on saying it will be ready by so and so date and some body would call me to let me know about the exact date of delivery but that did not happen. I also ordered for doing the internal cleaning of the car for 99 USD while my car was at the shop. That job was certainly not up to the mark and moreover the car-inspection sticker was torn as a result of the cleaning .I called them up and informed about it but hasn't got any response from them yet. more

excellent service! 1/27/2012

did a great job on my car. from the moment i dropped off my car to when i picked it up everything went very smoothly. having photos of the car as it went thru the repair process was a nice touch too. saved me from call to the shop to see how things were going (which i have had to do w/ other repair shops). would highly recommend wfab. great job folks! more

Excellent work and service! 1/22/2012

A large oak tree branch fell on my new car during the freak winter storm in October. Lots of dents, broken windshield, damage to paint etc. WFAB made it all easy from dropping the car off, to the rental to wrapping up the claim. Email updates were great and repairs were completed promptly. Their work is excellent especially the paint. My car never looked better! Thanks to Jim Cooper and the entire crew at WFAB! So glad I chose them! more

I was VERY impressed with the whole process from start to finish. The process was explained in detail and the work that was done was completed to perfection. David Challis did an unbelievable job!! I did not even think it was my car. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Woburn Foreign Auto Body! more

Easy to work with, great job 1/19/2012

The summary says it all. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 on "Service" is because the job required about 50 more days to complete than originally estimated. Whether that's my insurance appraiser's fault or the body shop, I cannot really know. BTW, the daily progress photo shots online are nice to have, and I truly appreciate the onsite availability of rental transportation (with nice cars, versus the rent-a-wreck some garages loan you) more
