This is the second time we have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body. On both occasions I was extremely satisfied with the work performed and the people who I interacted with. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The web updates with pictures was also great. more

My accident occurred on Dec 14, 2011 which was a trying time during holiday season. From the moment my vehicle was placed with WFM I received constant updates with explainations if needed, and friendly caring customer service. They made my experience pleasurable and the least amount of stress possible. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done and will return myself should I ever be in need. Excellent service all around 1/14/2012

I highly recommend Woburn Foreign Auto Body. I have brought my Volvo there several times within the last few years and each time they have done a wonderful job fixing up my car in a timely manner. They give me a rental there, they tell me when the car will be fixed, and their website shows me the repair progress. They are all friendly and helpful and contact my insurance company promptly, ensuring I don't have to deal with any paperwork or deal with any extra hassle. I will continue to take my car there, I have no complaints! more

Everything about the experience was great. The initial phone call was extremely helpful, the pictures during the service were awesome, and the work was extremely well done. All contact with the insurance company was handled and I did not have to think about it. I hope I don't have to come back, but will choose WFAB again if the need arises. more

ONLY COMMENT WOULD BE COMMUNICATION. BETWEEN ADJUSTERS, INSURANCE AND WFM BODY SHOP COULD BE MORE DETAIL TO UNDERSTAND FINAL EXPECTANCE FROM CUSTOMER. more

Excellent service and quality work 1/7/2012

WFAB has taken care of two of my cars after two accidents and has done an excellent job. The customer service is great and having the website to view photos of the progress is just one extra step. The repairs are high quality and my car was returned in better shape than it was even before the accident! I highly recommend them. more

Great Service but took a long time 1/4/2012

The service manager was excellent and took care of me through the whole process. They were very generous with a low rental rate as I was paying for it out of my own pocket. The online picture updates are very nice. The only disappointment was it took about 5 weeks with the holidays and insurance inspections. more

Great value 12/21/2011

I needed a wheel alignment for my Acura after I started to notice my car gradually start to swerve to the left. My daughter drives it too, and she is only 17, so this could potentially become a safety rick. I brought it in and I was back on the road quickly, with a smaller bill than I initially though I would be getting. Thank you for everything. more

Best service ever 12/20/2011

I must say, I just bought my car, barely 5 months old and this doofus wrecks the whole passengers side of my poor baby. It was bumper to bumper damage and came out to 6700$. The car is back after an excruciating two weeks and it is perfect, like nothing happened. They kept me updated with pictures and just enough details to keep me from pulling my hair out. They were also so good with the rental car. I got a rav 4 initially but it was a gas guzzler do they swapped it out for a Camry, no problem. I will recommend you until I am blue in the face. Thank you again for all you've done and I hope not to need to see you soon lol. more
