When I brought my car to Woburn Foreign, I did not know what to expect. Starting with Rhonda, everybody at the service was friendly, attentive, and informative. Peter's regular e-mails kept me informed about the progress and the daily photos were a nice touch. I will definitely use Woburn Foreign again and recommend it to others. more

Very glad I found them 9/23/2011

The worst case scenario - auto accident, out of home state, car not driveable! I called my insurance company to file the claim and asked the agent to please go on-line and locate a Toyota dealership. He provided 4 within a 50 mile radius, but only one with a collision center. Several hours after the accident, the tow truck delivered car, dog, and us to WFAB. Rhonda and Star got us through the paperwork quickly, arranged for Enterprise to deliver a loaner, and assured us we would be kept informed regularly. We have received updates with pictures/comments since the repairs started. We were advised it would take 3 weeks - and the car was ready 'to the day'! Thanks WFAB for your professional work and service. more

From my first call to Rhonda to book an appointment, She was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person as well. The follow-up messages and the photos of the vehicle let me now how progress was going and to plan for pick-up. With 4 kids picking up and droping off and a busy work schedule this worked out perfectly more
