They called to tell me my car might be ready the next day and then late that night I got an email that said work was in progress. And the rental car they gave me was dirty inside. In the past they have been above average and the work has always been A+ more

Wonderful experience 9/18/2012

I thought the customer service was great. I was greeted upon arrival and didn't have to wait long. I also found them to be organized and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. I loved the emails with the progress photos. This took the place of having to call and keep checking up on the status of my car. I loved it. more

Amazing Experience. 9/6/2012

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Woburn Foreign Autobody. The whole process was seamless and simple! we were given a rental car, and updated on the status of our repair nearly everyday via email with pictures included. The repair was super fast and we got the car back fully cleaned and detailed. The place is amazing and the people that work there are phenomenal!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. more
