The Woburn team delighted me and exceeded my expectations from the time I dropped off my truck until I returned to pick it up. They kept me fully informed and fixed a couple of things beyond the initial scope of work at no cost to me. more

I have been to Woburn Foreign Auto Body a couple times now, and every time they have been friendly, helpful, and efficent. Auto body work is typically such a hassle, but they really try to make your experience as smooth as possible. I worked with Peter and he's so nice and really great to work with. I highly recommend Woburn Foreign Auto Body. more

Outstanding Service 5/17/2012

After my car was hit from behind the other persons insurance company recommended WFAB for the repair. Couldn't have been happier with the prompt and courteous service I received. Was also provided with a wealth of information on the repair progression and an accurate completion date. more

Great Personnel 5/8/2012

Jim Cooper dealt with everything and in a great personnel manner. The work on the car was done perfectly and he helped with everything within his control and then some. Hopefully I don't need another need of a body shop but if I do, I'll go back here. more

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I always receive great work on my car. Recently had a brake job and new tires. It was quick and reasonably priced. He even fixed an annoying squeak without me asking. more

From the begining when I drove in unannounced and was given a rental car right way, I knew I was in good hands. I was updated regularly on the progress they were making with my car. The staff were great. I highly recommend Woburn Foreign Auto Body. A group of great professionals! My car looks brand new. more

Unreal customer service! I was referred to WFAB by 128 Volvo for my 07 s40 after being rearended. The damage didn't look like much, but once they took my car apart there was more front/rear damage than they expected. The repairs took 4 weeks to complete (combination of the actual repair work & dealing with insurance assessors). Usually this would be a HUGE issue, but I was given a '10 Toyota Camry to drive and completely updated on every step of the repairs. The WFAB website is great. You can track your car's repair process so you know exactly what they are doing to your vehicle (photos & email alerts). My car was given back to me fully detailed and looking just as great as the day I bought it. The inside/outside were sparkling! Jim, Star, and all the other reps were always pleasant & helpful on the phone and in person. more

I really didn't receive this survey before, I did send emails with my comments ever time I receive updates on the progress on my car. I am just curious as to weather these were received, I have sent 2 or 3 which were very positive, also mentioned the great customer svc. I rec. as I first entered to drop off my car etc. more
