Josh did a very good job assisting us with our plumbing problem on a Saturday. I called W, Henderson and received prompt reply form the office then heard from josh a short while later. He was professional and personable. When he entered our home he placed on shoe covers and was very interested in helping us. He even went back to the shop to obtain some additional parts able to fix the problem. During the time, he explained the work, the cost associated with it and what he was doing. Obviously he is very skilled in his work and spoke very highly of his tenure at Henderson. The job works fine and was helpful during a weekend emergency. One of our a/c units was not working properly on Sat may 9th. Tom arrived within an our of my call and was very helpfull. He covered his shoes when inside (my wife liked that) and explained what I had to do so he could come and charge the system the next day. He came back at 8:00am sharp on Sunday(mothers day) and got the system going so my family could over for lunch. Tom was a consumate pro and very attentive to detail as well as being responsible and prompt. I would highly recommend your company and Tom to everyone I know. Thanks again. more

Yesterday I came to my daughter's home to meet a Henderson tech. who was keeping an appointment to do a pre-season service on the central air system. The Henderson office called to say the technician was on his way. He arrived in the middle of the two hour appointment window. He greeted me professionally, put on booties and came in to check out and service the A/C system. He was professionally dressed, well spoken and went about his business. At the end of his visit, he gave me a sheet listing what had been done. It was a good experience. My daughter needs a new hot water heater. The technician spoke knowledgeably about the options, talked through the installation and left me with an estimate for the two types of installations we are considering. He said his boss would need to come to confirm the estimate. The technician handled this part of the visit very appropriately. An appointment for the boss to visit the next day was easily made at a time which fit into my schedule. Overall I am very pleased with my interaction with Henderson. Eric the technician represented the company well and Alice in the office was a pleasure to deal with. We will use Henderson again without reservation. I recommend them. more

Eric came out for our annual HVAC maintenance/checkup. Was very helpful and informative. Reviewed all work that was done and made recommendations for improvements without pushing us to buy things not really needed. Would definitely use them again. more

From the day thet Mike Henderson came to look at the job until the day Chris and Pat finished it, my mother was very comfortable with your company. It is difficult for our most senior citizens to accept the disorder that renovations bring, but Mike and Chris both made Mom feel comfortable and totally reassured that the job would be done correctly and with as little disruption to her day,as possible. Jeff came to help our family one year ago, on December 14, 2012. A pipe had to be sealed which had been regularly flooding the basement. it was time to seal it. Jeff very kindly and efficiently rectified the situation; moreover, and of greater import, Jeff assessed a different potential danger within our home by noticing a fire hazard concerning our dryer and vent set up nearby in the basement also. He took care of this alarming problem quickly with our permission. He was a wonderful and caring person to work with and we are so grateful we had his help. Someone else might have ignored the problem with the dryer, vent and wall. He took great pride in his work and reflected a love for the work he performed. He put no pressure on us about anything. His demeanor was so gentlemanly and he was truly humble. I wish I could have told him personally at the time how grateful we were at the time, however, my personal circumstances prevented me even being able to speak much of the time he was there. You see, it has been one year and 25 long days and nights that we have had to live on without our daughter, of blessed memory. We lost our daughter. Jeff did not know this when we came to help us and I could not even say the words. He just came and helped us. I hope he will see this review now, a year overdue and I know he'll also get the personal message I asked Tony F. (also a wonderful employee of Wm Henderson) to share with him. We are grateful to William Henderson as we have used them for over 20 years. We have always been satisfied with their service and help with occasional necessary financial budgeting over the years to pay the bill over time. Upon 2 occasions over the last year, Tony F. was efficient, knowledgeable, genuinely interested and extremely caring as a diagnostician and repair person; he also offered excellent advice for future maintenance of our heater system with no pressure on us of any kind. He was an excellent listener regarding our overall situation and was easily able to grasp the big picture. I highly recommend him any day and was proud to meet him. more
