Fantastic Work 2/20/2019

Tony did the best job of anyone who has ever serviced my oil boiler. He spent hours doing it right, and answered all my questions along the way. Nothing was rushed, nothing was skipped, and my system has never been more efficient. I had neglected it, and he had a lot to deal with, but despite the heavy buildup, he left the place cleaner than he found it. I will always request him by name. A+ more

Henderson is clearly a family business and each technician who has serviced our equipment has treated us as an extended family member. They are prompt, professional and personable -- both on the phone and in person. Brandon was my tech this time and he was all of the above. I am so glad that Henderson is there for my plumbing and HVAC needs. more

Josh went over and beyond to find the root of the problem and figured out a way to stay and engage the right team members to finish the job within hours. Heat Furnace Checkup 12/14/2018

Our technician Eric Stinglen arrived precisely on time He performed our checkup procedure in a reasonable amount of time. He left things in a very orderly condition. He also took the time to provide me with some information and an estimate for the additional installation of a Humidifier to our furnace system, which we will take into consideration. We have found that all the HVAC technicians we have encountered since the initial installation have been friendly and knowledgeable and Eric was no exception. more

Emergency plumbing 11/10/2018

Josh was wonderful. He quickly found the leaking pipe in our basement wall and capped it off, saving our basement from the flood it was experiencing. Josh also fixed our shower faucet while he was here. Josh is helpful, nice and competent. He also looked at few more issues and gave us advice. We feel very lucky he was able to come out on a Saturday! more

Fantastic service 10/8/2018

Always happy with Wm.Henderson services. Matt F was our Technician for routine Heater maintenance. He not only did routine preventative maintenance but took the time to clean a condensate pump that was extremely clogged. He is meticulous, courteous and knowledgeable. He had to return to address an A/C issue a short time later and explained the problem and the work that needed to be done in clear terms. We would not hesitate to have him do future work at our home. He is superb !!! more

Satisfied First-time Customer 10/7/2018

I called Wm. Henderson for the first time recently for a plumbing emergency. They sent someone out the same day. The plumbing tech, Paul M., found the problem right away and fixed it. The price was reasonable. He did not try to talk me into getting any additional, unnecessary work done. I would use them again. more

Service Contract and Yearly Inspection 9/27/2018

We've had a service contract with Wm Henderson for many years and have our furnace inspected and serviced each Fall. We've always been pleased with the company's service. Today's inspection was performed by HVAC tech, Brandon Manko. As soon Brandon came through the door, he put booties over his shoes to protect our wood floors. We appreciate that level of consideration and respect for our home. Thankfully, No problems were identified during the inspection and we are reassured knowing that our furnace is in good shape as winter approaches. We were very happy with Mr Manko's professionalism and attention to detail. more

Aaron came out to my home to do some plumbing work on my sump pump and my upstairs bathroom toilet. Aaron was courteous from the second he walked in my door and professional at all times. He clearly explained all the work he was doing and did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issues. On top of that he is a very nice guy. Great job. more

Quick and Expert Repair 9/10/2018

Excellent, expedited service from Bob C. at Wm Henderson, Inc. plumbing. Courteous and knowledgeable, he identified the problem (which was different from what we assumed) and made the repair within hours of us having first contacted his company on a holiday weekend. The rate was reasonable and much better than others we contacted. more

Great effort and result... 9/6/2018

We hired Wm H to do video on our pipes because we had a backup and the obstruction was undetermined. They did the video work and found a chunk of a broker cap in a pipe. The technician worked until he was able to fish it out of a very long length of pipe. Saved us thousands of dollars in excavation work. I am super grateful for the effort and relieved because of the outcome. Would not hesitate to call them again. Efficient, effective, and very professional. more

Pleased with Prompt, Professional service 9/5/2018

Bob C. arrived promptly (even a little early) and replaced tub drain, shower cartridge, sink trap, and kitchen faucet. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I have used Henderson many times and would recommend them highly. more
