One of our a/c units was not working properly on Sat may 9th. Tom arrived within an our of my call and was very helpfull. He covered his shoes when inside (my wife liked that) and explained what I had to do so he could come and charge the system the next day. He came back at 8:00am sharp on Sunday(mothers day) and got the system going so my family could over for lunch. Tom was a consumate pro and very attentive to detail as well as being responsible and prompt. I would highly recommend your company and Tom to everyone I know. Thanks again.
