George C. from William Henderson Inc made a service call to provide routine maintenance on our heating system today. We can't say enough about how impressed we were: re-read this review title to see the areas where we thought George earned top marks. Also: hats off to Julie at William Henderson, who called us this morning to remind us of the scheduled appointment--we had indeed forgotten the appointment and were almost out the door.
