Josh did a very good job assisting us with our plumbing problem on a Saturday.
I called W, Henderson and received prompt reply form the office then heard from josh a short while later. He was professional and personable. When he entered our home he placed on shoe covers and was very interested in helping us. He even went back to the shop to obtain some additional parts able to fix the problem.
During the time, he explained the work, the cost associated with it and what he was doing.
Obviously he is very skilled in his work and spoke very highly of his tenure at Henderson.
The job works fine and was helpful during a weekend emergency.
This is why we area good customers of Henderson - people like Josh.
