Paul came to our house during the assigned timeslot and politely and immediately explained to me what he was about to do, and the steps needed to complete the installation. Paul was professional, courteous and kept me up to speed on his progress. Outstanding service 8/24/2018

Josh was timely, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. We just moved into a new home in a new area and he took the time to explain what his company offers as well as patiently helping figure things out with a few odd plumbing questions. Outstanding Work 7/9/2018

The issues related to an upstairs lead-pipe leak were resolved perfectly. The old bathroom floor was removed; the lead pipes were replaced by PVC and were tied in together (the original plumbing was not the best design); a new tile floor was set; the bathroom fixtures were restored with new connections. It was all done efficiently, with full explanations along the way, and the house was left without a trace of dust. Bob C. turned a complicated fix into a smooth one. I cannot overstate the professionalism and high level of skill that I observed. more

Tony did a wonderful job when he came out to check my furnace and Air Conditioner Unit.He was very patient and knowledgeable, He just did a terrific job doing everything.He a very nice gentleman, and did a perfect job. Henderson and Tony are tops! 6/19/2018

When my attempt to put in a new thermostat stopped our heat pump on a boiling hot day, Henderson quickly sent Tony, who quickly diagnosed it as a simple blown fuse and saved me money by giving me the option of replacing it myself, which was easy. Great service from great people! more

Mitsubishi Mini-Split Installation 6/18/2018

Kevin and Bill came out to install our new Mitsubishi mini-split 5 head unit they performed the installation over the course of 4 days. Kevin and Bill were very professional and cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. They explained the process and answered all my question. We are very happy with the installation. We have used William Henderson for plumbing problems in the past and were always happy with their work. So when it came time for new AC system we new who to call. more

Heating and Air 6/4/2018

Matt C. came out for maintenance on our a/c. He was very friendly and professional. Did a great job keeping our home clean. He went above and beyond when he saw a pipe belonging to our hot water heater just sitting there and he asked if I wanted him to install it for me. It was very much appreciated. more

Sewer Backup - Help Recieved! 5/30/2018

Customer service was friendly and professional. Service professional was GREAT! He looked over all of the issues that could have caused the problem, fixed our issue, cleaned up the mess that plumbing can make, and reviewed possible ways to prevent issues. He was courteous and discrete while informative about items that wreak havoc on plumbing. He even reviewed and provided an estimate on issues he took note may need updating WITHOUT being pushy or salesmanish. TOP Service provider. RECOMMENDED!! more

They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and worked constantly. We are extremely pleased with the job they did and are glad we chose your company, Wm. Henderson. Everything looks so nice and they left our property very neat and clean. All debris was collected and it looked beautiful. Tony is the best! We will always request him for our repair and install needs. He goes above and beyond, providing exceptional service. He was able to come out and repair our oil heater/ boiler at our house and waste oil burner at our maintenance facility. Tony succeeded in diagnosing our issues and was able to solve them when others failed to do so. more
