I absolutely loved how easy it was to sign up and get great service! I needed someone to come and see my three year old - who after multiple doctor visits in the same week was tired of sitting in offices and waiting. So we signed up for White Glove and the NP that came was soooo awesome with my daughter I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was amazing through the whole visit and catered to her little patient making her feel important and listened to. She even listened to the stories my daughter told her that weren't relevant to the medical appointment! I felt my daughter was very well cared for and would not hesitate to use them again! I have recommended them to all of my friends! more

I have used Whiteglove on 4 different times for myself and my kids. This has got to be the best thing someone has come up with. The service is great and all the meds you will need to recover. All for the co-pay . more

We just went through our insurance enrollment meetings at work and White Glove was highlighted. It sounded like such a great idea. Of course, yours truly gets sick on day one of our new insurance plan. I did not have an insurance card yet but that wasn't even a problem. The nice person on the other end of the line listened and help me get my appointment scheduled. Lori, one of the Nurse Practioners, came out to my office on the same day and diagnosed a sinus infection. I was given my medication right on the spot with no trip to the pharmacy!! For a working mom of two, this was heaven sent. Two other people from my office have already used the service and have had a similar experience. I wish all health care was this easy!!! more

I have been using White Glove for almost 1 year now. I highly recommend them. There nurse practioners are fantastic. I use them so much I know many of the nurses by name. I trust them completely. I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day and usually they see me within a few hours. Once I called at 6 pm at night and their nurse was at my door in 30 minutes. I love that I don't have to miss work. They actually come to your work or home. Plus they call to follow up the next day, every time. Name 1 doctor who does that. I love that included in the visit is my prescription. Usually the practioners have the prescriptions ready for me at the time of the visit. I don't have to go all sick to the store and spend additional money. It is included. Only once in the entire time have I had to purchase a prescription. And they called that in for me. But above all that...I look forward to their chicken soup, crackers and gatorade. Their well-kit has saved me many a time until I could get out to purchase some kleenex or soup. Book them. You will never go back. more

A fellow colleague of mine told me about the White Glove program and I couldn't wait to try it and see if it sounded too good to be true! I was so suprised when I made the call the 1st time, and a nurse practioner was there right on time! Not only was she sympathetic and careful, but she was so curtious and knowledgable about my diagnosis. She answered all of my questions, and was just a sweetheart! But, she didn't stop there, since I had Strep throat, which she knew was contagious, she courteously checked my 2 young sons for me too! If allergies or sinus or stomachache have you down and out, I recommend WhiteGlove House Call Health! I tried them for the first time and experienced fantastic caring service. I had seen the service come to take care of people at my work location, and everyone always seemed so happy with the results! I happened to be feeling terrible when I was at home one weekend - sneezy, wheezy, drainage, etc. I called WhiteGlove and explained my situation, and they came to see me at my house - and believe me, I live in a pretty rural area. In fact, I thought I might have to go meet them at a location but they came all the way to my house! I received the best care and a diagnosis of a sinus infection. I love the service because WhiteGlove even provided the medications for certain illnesses, so you don't have to fill a prescription. And the bonus is a neat package of feel-good supplies such as soup, gelatin, crackers, facial tissue, etc. What a terrific service! more

WhiteGlove is a angel in disguised, when in need of medical attention, being intentional attacked from a backside push to a severe sinus infection. I have the most high regard for this medical service. They come to your place of employment, so you save your sick days or come to your home. They have seen may family and I reccomend to all who are sick and really dont want to wait in a doctors office or medical clinics. They have practioners, that really show true concern for you and whatever pain or illness you may be experiencing. When you have questions they have a nurse and a doctors who actually call you back in a timely manner. I love that, its more of a personal approach, of which you dont encounter now days. I thank my employer for providing this AWESOME service to us and I thank WhiteGlove for always providing such EXCELLENT sevice and care. The ""I care kit"" is AWESOME also, sometimes we dont have time to spoil ourselves with chicken soup, kleenex, tylenol, mortin, jello, ginger ale, etc, little I care items. I reallly dont remember what they call the kit, but I call it the ""I care kit"". Thank you WhiteGlove for providing such a caring service. more

White Glove service takes wellness to a whole new level! They came the day I phoned only 2 hours later! Not only did they treat my illness they check my overall health pointing out a few things I could do with monitoring. I recommended them to all my coworkers. more

WhiteGlove House Call Health is an exceptionally great service. 1. The healthcare provider called to check on my symptoms, and arrived on time. 2. I received top professional care at my place of employment. 3. I also received a great package of get well items. I feel that I received care that I would have received from my physician. In addition I received extras for which I did not have to run to the store for. 4. WhiteGlove also called me the following day to check how I was feeling. No physician will do that. This is a service that I will use again. This is better than running to TexMed when my physician is not available. You won't find a better service! more

I don't have insurance. My medical attention has always been done in the ER. So, like most American's I hoarded all the medicines for earaches and eye irriations etc for when I got sick the next time. Well, after the first visit I had from the wonderful RN Candance - I realized that I no longer need to hoard the medicines - I get all that for free. And, this time for the first time I took ALL my meds as instructed. I've never so great. I just wish they can give me free meds for my obesity - LOL. more

After my two daughters were diagnosed by their pediatrician with ear infections and bronchitis, I didn't know what to do to get routine care for MYSELF. They were contagious, so I couldn't drop them off at a friend's house or ask someone to come babysit them. And, of course, the last thing I wanted to do was take them to the doctor's office with me. A friend referred me to WhiteGlove and I wondered, ""This can't really be true."" I also figured that even if it WERE true, it would probably cost a fortune. I logged onto their Web site and not only realized that this service DOES exist, but that it's covered by my insurance. I immediately made an appointment. The nurse practitioner was at my house at 6:00 on the dot. She came into my living room, took my vitals, checked my ears, nose and throat and assessed my symptoms. She diagnosed me with viral bronchitis and proceeded to write out a plan for getting well soon. She also gave me some generic prescription meds and wrote out a scrip for some cough medicine (by law, she can't carry it around with her since it's narcotic. Otherwise, I don't doubt that she would have given me the cough medicine as well!). As she was leaving, she handed me a ""Well Kit."" It was a box containing Advil, Tylenol, cough drops, Gatorade, ginger ale, chicken soup, apple sauce, Jell-O, crackers and Kleenex. After checking to make sure I didn't have any questions, she left. This was the most incredible experience of my life. Not only did I get excellent care, but the visit was not rushed or in any way stressful. I felt like the NP had the time for me and was willing to do whatever it took to make me comfortable. The fact that it only cost me my usual $20 co-pay was just the icing on the cake. I don't think I could have purchased the items in the Well Kit for $20! But not only did I get all of that, I also got a house call and medications for my money. Does it seem too good to be true? Yes, it does, but in this case, it's NOT. Please do not hesitate to give this service a call. You will NOT be disappointed and you just may never step foot in your doctor's office again. more

I was very pleased with the visit I received today from Linda with WhiteGlove House Call Health Services. She arrived very quickly and actually ahead of the scheduled appointment time. She prescribed medication that I needed and even called it in. She was very professional and personable, answering all of my questions. I could not have asked for better treatment or better service. I called WhiteGlove in San Antonio from work in hope that i would could be seen at home after work. I had been suffering with a sore throat, and flu like symptoms & I didn;t want to go to a doctors office and wait after a long day at work. I called the service around 12 noon and set an appointment for 3:00 pm. Just as I got home at 2:00 p.m. my phone rang and it was the practiconer who asked if she could arrive sooner. Wow that is service for you.I was greeted wiith a smile and concern for my well being. She made her diagnosis at our dining room table and supplied me with antibiotics and antihistamines on the spot. She would have gone to the pharmacy for me, if she hadn't had what I needed. She also provided a bag of goodies. This included crackers, soup, Gatorade, soda, and a few other items. How great is that! more

I cannot rave enough about the professionalism of all the staff and how quickly I was seen! I was given a thorough eval from the NP and he had medicine on hand to boot. I highly recommend this company and its service. I will use them again if ever needed! more

I have used this service 3 times so far, twice for me and once for my 9 year old daughter. I absolutely love WhiteGlove. My appointments have been within a couple of hours, the nurse practitioners have been very prompt and extremely courteous. They take my vitals, do strep tests if needed, prescribe whatever medications are needed, bring a Get Well pack full of items to help you feel better. \r \r I love the fact that I can wait for the nurse to arrive in the comfort of my own home. I can sleep on the couch, in my pj's, bundled up under my blanket until someone arrives. As much as possible, I will use WhiteGlove versus urgent care!! 100% recommend this service to anyone who is sick and does not want to wait in the waiting room at the doctor's office. more

This is a wonderful and convenient service. Instead of waiting forever in a room full of sick people, see a medical professional in the comfort and privacy of your home or workplace. You get an appointment promptly and at your convenience. The Get Well pack is great and has all the necessities to hold you over until you are able to get to the store or pharmacy to get your supplies. They have meds on hand and are able to write rx's and send your meds in the mail saving you a trip to the pharmacy. They are so professional and courteous. I have saved so much time and money with this service. Its great for every member of the family. I wish they had a service for pets too! more

I recently burned my hand at work. After obsessing (and Googling) for an hour while soaking my hand in a cup of water, I called WhiteGlove. Within 2 hours my hand was treated, I had burn cream and supplies, and I was back working knowing that I had done the right thing and that my hand would be okay. I'm convinced! more
