White Glove House Call Health is the best thing that has happened to Health Care. I called and 45 min. later there was a health care provider at my door. I was examined and received my medication all at the convience of my home. You cannot even get that at your doctor's office. Everybody should use this wonderful service!!! Pros: House calls more

Good Old Fashion House Calls 8/3/2009

I recently was feeling ""under the weather"" and prefer not to go to urgent care but did not have time to make an appointment with a doctor. I called White Glove House Call Health and was seen only 2 hours later in the comfort of my own home. I was provided a 'goody bag' with feel good items such as crackers, soup, and gatorade. After the exam I was given all my medications on the spot. It was wonderful. White Glove is covered by my insurance so I only paid the specialty co-pay and received friendly service, needed prescriptions and free stuff all for only my co-pay. I will definetly use White Glove again. They will even come to my work so I do not have to take time off for appointments. Pros: Feel better from your own home more

You receive quality medical attention at your residence, place of business, etc. If you don't necessarily have the time to make a appointment with a traditional doctor, this is a great solution. I would recommend using WhiteGlove. They also follow up with you over the next few days to monitor your progress, which is a plus! Pros: Prompt service for basic illness more

Affordable Healthcare At Home 8/2/2009

I called WhiteGlove in the morning with horrible back pains, I could hardly walk or even sit down, everything I did hurt my back. I was very pleased that I could call WhiteGlove and have a nurse come out and help me. My nurse was so nice and spent the time with me that I needed. She correctly diagnosed my pain and gave me prescription medication immediately. It was much cheaper paying my WhiteGlove copay than it would have been for me to go see a doctor. I'm so appreciative I have this service. Pros: They come to you and give you a goodie pack! Cons: It took a while for them to come out more

i had called Wite glove twice, once at work and once at home. THe visit at work was by an MD. he was very nice and took the time to listen to me and explained everything he was doing and i got the medications right there on the spot...no wait, no need to leave work and make an appointment and no extra fees form the doc. office ,just the visit fee of $35. \r 2nd time was at home the nurse practitioner was there in 45 min. and i shewas very nice and didn't mind my kids running around us. I needed meds form the pharmacy and she called them in and 1 hour later the meds were delivered to my door, no charge at all, just the copay for meds and copay for the visit...and they file all of it with my insurance company...\r A new approch to health care and this time they got it right. House Call 7/8/2009

The nurse was on time and the visit only lasted about 15 minutes. It was a great experience and one I will use again. The best part was that I didn't have to leave my office and then go sit in a waiting room with other people with contagious diseases. Pros: Didn't have to sit and wait to see a doctor more

Lori seems to really care about getting you well. The goody bags are great and the mailed prescriptions too. I have to take work off enough for my son and my mom--not having to take off for myself was great. And I've been to doctors more than once--gone in well and walked out with someone else's illness--hours in waiting rooms with people coughing and sneezing all over. This service is a great idea-I hope it continues forever if possible. Thanks. Pros: Caring, competent staff Cons: None that I've thought of so far more

White Glove: Outstanding Service! 7/1/2009

What made it special? Well, let's see....I sisn;t have to leave work!!! Helllooo. I wonderfully nice and intelligent nurse practitioner came to my office to see me. I had burnt my eye severly and did not want to go to the hospital. I could not drive, even if I wanted to. She treated me within thirty minutes and jumped on my computer and found me an experience cornia specialist (did not know they existed), by my house, and set an ASAP appointment for me. I say ASAP, because if I were to of called, I would have waited at least a week to see him. I am still in shock from the wonderful service. Humana's White Glove Service is an outstanding benefit to health insurance...I should know...I am a Health Insurance Producer!! Pros: I was seen, while in my office, returning work e mails. Excellent medical care 6/30/2009

I felt very ill and I didn't have the energy to get to the doctor's office. I called white glove and they scheduled a time for a nurse practioner to come to my house. She did all the necessary assessments and gave me all the medications I needed for my illness. They also brought a goody bag with lots of supplies like gatorade, soup, crackers, cough drops, tissues, gingerale, etc. It was nice to not have to leave the comfort of my home. The best part was all I paid was the copayment. Overall it was a great experience and I wish more insurances offered this service. Pros: skilled nurse practitioners more

Very convenient and affordable health care! 6/24/2009

I got sick on a Friday and it was after 5pm. My regular doctor is only open M-F, so I gave Whiteglove a call and they came to my workplace to treat me! They were very professional, answered ALL of my numerous questions, and even took bloodwork, and gave me medication. All of it which was just the cost of my co-pay ($30). No waiting room, no extra charges, no driving to another location. Just convenient care at an affordable price! Pros: Cost is only your co-pay Cons: I wish they were available overnight! more

Fast, excellent health care service! 6/23/2009

Nurse practitioner came to my work, made a diagnosis, came up with a treatment plan and had all the medication I needed with her in her car. All of this in less than 30 minutes! I email all of my co-workers to let them know they must use this service. Pros: No waitng in the doctors office. Did not have to leave work. more

Great Health Care Comes To You! 6/23/2009

I needed a tetnus shot because of a cut. I called the White Glove House Calls 800 number. They asked me a few questions and set up an appointment. The nurse arrived on time. She spent some time taking vitals, asking about my acccident, looking at and cleaning my wound, gave me my shot and was on her way. All of this while I was still at work. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. It saved me time off and a trip to the Dr.""s office. Pros: Help comes to you more

Outstanding Customer Service! 6/15/2009

I am wheelchair bound, so getting out to doctors or pharmacies is quite a burden, particularly when you don't feel good. I just used this service for the first time and was astonished at the convenience. Lori came to my home and had the best bedside manner, without question! Very friendly, very polite and very knowledgeable! She provided the items I needed on the spot in addition to a nice goody bag and had my prescription delivered. I highly recommended this service. I had never used a service of this kind, and now that I know it's available I may never wait hours in a doctor's office again.
