Super Convenient! 4/5/2010

When you're not feeling well, the WhiteGlove service is wonderful! They bring you a ""care package"" and the prescriptions and OTC drugs that will help you feel better...and it's all included in the low copay! I was home sick with a fever and a stomach virus. The nurse called when she got to the neighborhood, which was perfect because I was sound asleep until I got the phone call. After she left, I was able to go right back to sleep. No uncomfortable drives or waits in a waiting room! Pros: convenient, cost effective Cons: Having someone at your house when you're sick is awkward. more

Fast and friendly health care 3/2/2010

Had been out sick from work with a bad sinus cold. WhiteGlove sent a wonderful Nurse Practitioner to my place of work. She asked my symptoms, examined me and right there had the meds I needed. Also gave me a goodie bag of items that helped me feel better. Will use this service again!!!! Pros: available at home or work more

Old fashion House Call 2/10/2010

Had a really nice nurse practitioner come to our house while my daughter and I were feeling terrible. She came and examined us,prescribed our medication, whatever she didn't have with her she ordered from our Pharmacy and had it delivered to our house!! Then she gave us a bag full of good snacks and drinks! ;) We were so happy, Will definately use them again!!!!!\r \r Thank you!\r BTW... with advance notice they can also draw your blood for lab work and give you vaccines. House call by a nurse practitioner. 2/6/2010

A nurse practitioner responded to my place of work within a hour of my request. She examined and diagnosed me, prescribed medication and gave me some nice snacks appropriate for my illness. She called back to check on me several times later in the week. I didn't have to take time from work or wait in line at a clinic. This kind of health provision is perfect for working people who have set sick leave. I'll always use White Gloves for emergent illness instead of going to a clinic or E.R. Pros: Convenience. more

Very Impressed 2/5/2010

This is a time saver. I love that I do not have to drive to the doctor and have my poor kids wait in the waiting area. We can stay in the comfort our home; the kids continue to play and I can do house work or whatever needs tending to. The times I've used WhiteGlove they call telling me they can show up earlier than planned. To me that's great because I'd like my sick child seen as soon as possible. Overall I have no complains about WhiteGlove. Use it and you'll be just as satisfied as I have been. White Glove House Call makes being sick easy 2/5/2010

I was feeling terriable that day and white glove service was awsome. I made the appointment in my jammies, 1.5 hours later answered the door in my jammies, and 15 minutes later went back to bed in my jammies. the white glove person was awsome, he knew what he was doing he actually listened to me and determied what medicine would fix me. i returned to work the next day medicated and in 100% better shape than the day before. Awesome program 2/1/2010

Nurse Practitioner was very professional, really listens to what you are saying, found out I had tonsilitis and gave me some antibiotics (3 day suppky) so I could start my treatment and a bag of goodies to make me feel better, couple of days later received the rest of my medication, without me having to go to the pharmacy to order!!!!! Just love them!! Reminds me of my hometown in my earlier years that doctors made house calls. Thank you White Glove!!! Pros: you don't have to leave home or work Cons: None so far more

A Great Program when you are feeling under the weather 1/30/2010

The nurse practioner was on time and fully prepared. She seemed interested in me as well as my symptoms. She was warm and friendly. She listened to me and covered my symptoms in several areas. It is so nice not to have to go out when you are feeling bad. Plus, noone has to miss work or school. The care bags are fun and make you feel special. Well worth it! 1/6/2010

This is a wonderful service. My throat was severely red and inflammed and I wanted something to help reduce the pain, but since I didn't feel bad enough to take off work, I called in for an appt. that morning. They were very quick and worked with my schedule. I went into an office during my lunch period and in about 20 minutes, had a diagnosis, prescription, and a great bag full of useful goodies. I would definitely use this service again! If I don't feel well enough to get out of bed, I won't ever have to drag myself to a doctor's office and wait for hours on end. Timely and Efficient 1/2/2010

I was sick with a sinus infection. The White Glove service was at my office within 2 hours, provided me with a Z-pac, chicken soup, Jello, tissue, and Gatorade. First time using White Glove 12/13/2009

White Glove came to my office, so I didn't have to leave work. This was a good thing, since I was dizzy and didn't want to drive. No waiting room with sick people and no waiting in a cold exam room for the doctor. Gave me a great ""goodie bag"" (with Gatorade, Jello, soup, crackers, Advil samples, etc.), diagnosed my illness, gave me meds for symptoms, and gave me a web site to look up more things I could do to help with my symptoms. I was recently sick, again! I called Whiteglove Service from my office at work and within 1 Hour I had a person there to give me a check up just like at the doctors office. I was given all my medication (3 different Perscriptions) and a big bag with soup, crackers, fluids along with a bunch of other stuff all for $35!!! I was very impressed. Awesome! 11/30/2009

I really loved that I didn't have to leave my apartment feeling as bad as I did to go wait in a doctor's office. I wish I knew about this sooner. She came within an hour or so from when I called and quickly let me know what I was ill from. She gave me my meds and a little goody bag filled with items that helped me feel better. It was so awesome to stay in my PJ's and have her come to my apt. I didn't have to wait at the Drs & then wait for Rx at pharmacy. I'll use their services again for sure. I recommended it to a co-worker today and she really liked it too. Pros: came earlier than expected, quick, brought everything I need more

Friendly - affordable - fast 11/30/2009

WhiteGlove House Call is a great concept! I called and they were at my house the same day. They were able to evaluate my condition (did everything the dr.'s office would have done), and provide me with medication - all without leaving my house. It was nice to not have to get a babysitter to go to the doctor or wait for hours in the waiting room of the local urgent care. I will definitely use them again for myself and my kids! Wonderful Service! 11/30/2009

I called WhiteGlove in the afternoon, and the NP showed up at my house at 7p.m., right on time. She diagnosed me with bronchitis, after taking medical history & exam/vitals. She provided antibiotics and decongestant, as well as a ""get well"" care package -- I didn't have to make an additional trip to the pharmacy or pay an additional prescription co-pay. The NP was thorough, friendly, and caring. I was so impressed with the care I received. I also received follow-up calls and emails. I highly recommend WhiteGlove & have encouraged them to my co-workers & friends. I was completely happy and impressed with them. Pros: No more waiting at doctors' offices. more

This service will come directly to you - no waiting in a room full of sick people! The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and brings prescription drugs that she anticipates you may need. The np came out very quickly, and they are available for a good time range. I am very pleased with this service! I may never go to a traditional doctor's office again!
