I am extremely impressed with how friendly and knowledgable the White Glove professional was. It is such a fantastic service for people who are either too sick to leave the house or are unable to leave work to make an appointment. Wonderful Service 9/16/2009

Fantastic health service for working mom! 9/11/2009

I wish I'd discovered this organization sooner! I found out through a coworker that my insurance collaborated with White Glove, and I'm the type of workaholic that only misses a day of work if she's super-sick and can't get out of bed, and by then the last thing I want to do is drive to the doctor or clinic....IF I can even get an appointment. I called White Glove and within a couple hours, a compassionate healthcare provider was at my house. She worked quickly and efficiently, and provided me with a lovely ""get well"" package along with medication samples to get me through the next few days until I felt well enough to go to the pharmacy. I felt pampered! I was able to simply go back to bed after she left and get some much-needed rest until my toddler got home. I was impressed with White Glove's follow-up phone calls and emails to check on my well-being, and will definitely be using this service often. They can even come to my office! I have told many coworkers in my school district about this service, and I feel like this is the best-kept secret for a working mom and busy educator. Pros: Caring, attentive staff more

JUST FABULOUS!!! 9/10/2009

I called on a Monday morning to schedule a visit and one of the nurse practitioners came that afternoon. She brought me a ""get well"" bag with lots of goodies...a nice treat when you are feeling bad! She was very thorough and answered all my questions to make sure I was comfortable with my diagnosis. She called in the medication to my pharmacy and the courier service picked them up and delivered them to my door at NO extra charge about 2 hours later! I had a question about the medication, so I called in and received a call back within 10 minutes from the nurse practitioner that came to my home. She gave me her cell phone number and said I could call her if I had anymore questions. HOW NICE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH WhiteGlove!! I will definitely use this service in the future! I was very pleased with the White Glove Service I received. She came to my work and provided me with a 10 day supply of antibiotics. She also brought a care package with snacks, soups and juices. \r The entire staff was very caring, efficient and thorough.... as well as fast. They even called the next day to check on me .... you can not get that from a hospital or clinic. \r I will not go to the ER again as long as this service is available.\r Pros: They come to you Cons: None more

My throat was feeling very sore and i thought i might be coming down with strep. Well being at work and having minimal sick time left, I decided to use the New White Glove House call and see if they could come to my place of employment on my lunch break. Amazing Health Care! 8/19/2009

A Nurse Practitioner arrived at my house on time. She was caring and was not in a rush to get to her next patient. She answered all my questions. I didn't have to drive to the doctor's office, sit in a waiting room for a long time, nor did I have to go to the pharmacy for medicine. I loved it! Pros: Professional and caring more

Fast, Easy and Convenient 8/18/2009

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the nurse that promptly showed to my office. She was only there to to do a simple procedure, but she also took the time to answer any questions I had and to make sure there were no other concerns I had. The convenience of not having to drive through traffic, wait in an office and give up a half day of work made the visit well worth it. I liked the professionalism of the nurse practitioner. Though there was a longer wait time, I was seen the same day I called and I could wait in the comfort of my home and not in a crowded waiting room and not be exposed to other germs. Quick diagnosis without having to run expensive tests. They cured what ailed me. Pros: no crowded waiting rooms Cons: limited services more

I used WhiteGlove House Call Health Service for the first time as a recommendation from my brother. Feeling too ill to leave the house, I gave them a try and was extremely pleased with their service. The initial call was quick and in no time they sent a nurse to my house. She was courteous, kind and professional and gave me the medication I needed. Best of all, it was in the comfort of my own home. I didn't even need to leave my home to pick up any prescriptions. In the end, I saved time and money. Great Service When You're Down 8/11/2009

They provide a great service of sending out medical staff to your home or employment. I've used them twice, once while at work and suffering from horrible allergies and the second they came out to my house when I had the flu. Both times they were professional, respectful, and very thorough! They even go and get your meds for you if they don't have them available. I plan to use them again the next time I'm under the weather! Pros: Come to you...no waiting in doctors offices wasting time. more
