Bringing back the house calls 11/19/2009

I was referred by my co-worker and boy I can't tell you how happy I was. I could not believe they would come to you homeoffice. (no sitting in a waiting room with everybody else and their illness) I love the fact you call and within a couple of hours the PA is there. They have the meds you need with them ~ and you don't pay extra for the meds like you do when you go the doctor. They give you a ""well bag"" with goodies to help you feel better. I will use them again and again!!!! Pros: Awesome Service & Great Timing more

Fast, Convenient and Caring 11/19/2009

I called at 9am to sign up, by noon the practioner had treated both my son and I. Not only did he have the prescriptions needed for both of us, he brought care packages as well. The care package had everything we needed to get through the day as I certainly did not feel well enough to go out. I think this is GREAT service and as the HR person for my company, I am certainly going to look into offering WhiteGlove to our employees. I have already recommended them to my friends and family! Pros: What's not too love? Cons: None! more

WhiteGlove House Call is awesome! 11/19/2009

I've been busy at work for the past couple weeks and didnt have time for a cold to slow me down. My wife gave me thier number and I called for a visit. Not only did they come within a few hours they gave me meds and a get well bag. These guys care about the health of their patients. I will definitely use these guys again if I become ill. Housecalls are back!!! 11/6/2009

With each visit you get a ""care package"" with tissues, chicken soup, gatorade, tylenol, jello, crackers, hall's coagh drops, and more! ( FOR FREE) My practioner was so wonderful! She had three days of my prescription with her and the rest came in the mail. I paid $35 and did not have to wait in an infected doctor's office. I didn't have to take my kids or get a babysitter. I didn't have to wait in a pharmacy line. They will also will come for children if they are on your plan. Even weekends! Pros: They will come to your work or home! Cons: Had to register online before with a credit card. more

Awesome!!! 10/24/2009

Awesome is what my 12 year old son says when something amazes him. White Glove really did amaze me. I was not feeling good, but could not miss work. I called White Glove and they called me back before i knew it. An appointment was set for that same day and they came out gave me medication and a goody bag. I felt really special. I bragged all day about White Glove and how everyone should use it. ER charged me $150.00 for my son who was not too sick, but we felt we had to take him in. If i knew about White Glove then i would have used it. Now i know and i will always use White glove.Thanks. Pros: They come to you, didn't have to miss work Cons: Didn't have to miss work more

I called to set up an appointment, because I had the flu, and they were able to come and visit me by 12:30. Very convenient, because I had a sick child at home as well. Great, friendly, and professional service. Would definitely use them again! Pros: Quick and easy to call and set up. more

Great Service 10/20/2009

Nurse was prompt and courteous. Made a diagnosis and gave me medication. I was impressed with the goodie Health Bag she delivered. All items came in handy. Pros: Came to my job site. Cons: Nurse didn't return my call when I called about more meds. more

Dependable and knowledgeable, old fashioned housecall health 10/9/2009

This is a wonderful service that is based off of the old fashioned idea of when the health professional visits you instead of you dealing with the hassle of traffic, sitting in a waiting room waiting for your name to be called and breathing in all the germs. It is such a wonderful time saving service and the ""goodie bag"" they bring is really wonderful since it has crackers, gatorade, cough drops, soup, etc to help get you through the day. They are very professional and concerned with the quality of service they provide. Pros: You can choose to have them come to your home or workplace Cons: They aren't open past 8pm but they are open 7 days a week more

SUPER SERVICE 10/7/2009

White Glove service is the best!! I did not have to take off work and wait in the doctor's office for hours. I made one call, and that same morning a wonderful Nurse Practitioner came to my office. She diagnosed the problem, gave me a few prescriptions, and even brought along a ""get well"" bag. The bag was filled with beverages, soup, crackers, and over the counter remedies. Great Service! 10/2/2009

2 minutes after I registered online with WhiteGlove, my telephone rang. The service rep set up an appointment for the next morning ( I waited too long to call that day). The nurse showed up on time, was super sweet and gave me a flu test. I was worried because I have a newborn at home and it was the weekend. I didn't want to wait until Monday to find out if I had gotten the flu at school. Thank goodness the test was negative. She prescribed rest and more rest...and was on her way. In less than 30 min, I was diagnosed, treated and done. What a great service. I will always remember to give them a call.... Pros: you don't have to leave home and wait for hours at your doc more

I requested a visit on line fo have a nurse visit me at work because I was feeling sick but too busy to leave work. Within 30 mins of the request I received a phone call that someone would be out by noon that day. The nurse arrived at 11:30 am, 30 min early. Service was excellent, goody bag, medication what else can you ask for from a nurse visit at work. Pros: EXCELLENT SERVICE more

Convenient Minor Emergency Care at Your Front Door 10/1/2009

They bring you a care package with soup, crackers, vitamin water, tylenol, tissues and other essentials you need while you are sick so you don't have to go the store. They'll even pick up your Rx and bring it to you. Pros: I don't have to go the doctor's office and wait 2 hours more

Doctor Visit 10/1/2009

My recent use of White Glove House Call Health was so extremely convenient. A call into their line I was set up for an appointment the same day. I was seen at my home, medications supplied and a care package with drinks, soup and samples of Tylenol & Advil. I was on my way to feeling better without even leaving home. I definately think this is a great way to get the care you need for busy moms and dads. Avoiding the wait and having them come to you and arriving on time for your appointment can not beat the benefit. Pros: Housecalls, no waiting in an office more
