It's spring time in Austin, and I needed an allergy medication refill. I schedule an appointment at my doctor's office. I go in and then wait. It's now 90 minutes past my appointment time. No one knows when the doctor will be available, so I leave.
A good friend of mine used WhiteGlove when he had the flu, so I decide to give them a shot. They sent a nurse practitioner to my office. She arrived at 2 O'clock on the dot. I received a short 15 minute examination and was prescribed medication, which she filled for me on the spot. I received a wellness kit with soup, crackers, OTC medicine, etc. After my visit, WhiteGlove called me the next day for a follow up.
I'm really impressed with the level of service that WhiteGlove provides. They have a very useful website where you can schedule a visit and view records from previous visits. You can track things like blood pressure and respiratory rate. My old doctor's office couldn't seem to keep track of patient information, and I had to fill out a new form every time I visited them.
WhiteGlove provides an excellent service all for a specialist co-pay, which was only $30 for me and included a free refill.
Overall, my experience with WhiteGlove was great! It's good to see that you can still find excellent customer service in the health industry.
