Review content:
My husband has been killing himself for us to stay afloat financially. He is traveling alot again. Jeremy, one of our 3 sons woke up today with a terrible earache. I felt helpless and trapped. Our primary care physician was not available this morning and I did not think that I should wait too long to get my son care. And yet, I knew we could not afford the medical bills if I took Jeremy to the ER or the UCC down the street. I decided to reach out to a friend for some advice. Thank goodness that I did. She told me about another choice I had available ? Whiteglove House Call Health. I called them and they came to the house within 2 hours and unlike the other alternatives, I knew exactly what the cost of the care was going to be. Going to the emergency room and urgency care centers always seems to takes longer than I have and ends up with some financial surprise when the bill arrives that we can not afford. This was such relief. I did not have to tell my husband about some new bill we had to cover tonight when he came home exhausted and Jeremy enjoyed terrific care in the comfort of our home and loved it. Pros: They wanted to know how our experience was using their service and how it could improve!! Who does that in healthcare??? Cons: None that I can think of.
