LOVE THIS!!! 3/20/2012

I've used this service twice and have LOVED it both times. They are courteous and always prompt. Both times, I've gotten sick in the middle of the night, made an online appointment and they were at my house the next morning with meds. They left me with a gift box, perscription and even called a few days later to check up on how I was doing. I was so sick on the last visit and very dizzy...the doctor was wonderful asking if there was anything she could do for me before I left. I think she would have tucked me into bed if I had asked :) I highly recommend them and have already given thier number to others to try. more

Love this Service! 3/20/2012

since finding out about WhiteGlove, my wife and I almost never have to go to doctor. Its easy, quicker than going to my doctor's office, and faster to get meds. they are courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and they even leave a 'get well' box with a lot of the stuff you end up running to buy that day (soup, cough drops, etc). unreal idea and great execution of concept. thanks! more

This is the most amazing healthcare visit I have ever had, and I didn't have to leave the house. They were fast, friendly, and so easy. They came to my house after work (7pm)! Simply amazing service! I don't neccessarily want to be sick, but I want to use them again! more

Best service ever! 11/6/2011

If you need medical attention and are short on time this is the way to go! You call them up and arrange for them to meet up with you on your terms.... Work or home. They come to you. They use an iPad to record info and will even write out a prescription for you. It literally only took 15 mins. That never happens when you go to the doctors office. They also bring you a ""get well kit"". They take most insurance plans so it's fast and convenient too! Give them a try! more

White Glove is the best service you can add to make your life more convenient! My kids have had strep and ear infections and White Glove is out to the house within hours WITH an antibiotic to get started! They are awesome!! more

Great at-home healthcare alternative! 11/4/2011

I used White Glove a few weeks ago for what was an oncoming sore throat. My PCP couldn't fit me in quickly enough, so I had White Glove come to my house that very evening. The nurse they sent was great, informative, and professional. For just my PCP copay I was given a visit/diagnosis, a 3-day (followed by another 7-day) supply of medicine, and a get well packet with soup, painkillers, and Gatorade. I'm not looking forward to getting sick again, but I'll be sure to use White Glove when it's necessary. more

I highly recommend whiteglove! 11/3/2011

I've had two whiteglove appointments so far, and both were really good experiences. both times, the nurse showed up right on time for the appointment, was very professional and helpful, and gave me a prescription during the visit. when you feel lousy, it's really a nice thing to have a nurse come to your house instead of having to drive to the doctor's office and sit in a waiting room surrounded by other sick people. my husband's co-worker has made several appointments for whiteglove to come to his office for his appointments, so that's also an option when you're well enough to go to work (allergies, etc.), but don't really have time to deal with being sick. I'm new to whiteglove, but already a big fan. more

WhiteGlove Health= same day service 11/3/2011

I usually go to Bee Caves Medical to get checked out if I am sick but my family recently signed me up for WhiteGlove Health. It is nice that I can call them when my charge is sick and be able to schedule an app. on the same day. I love getting the ""get better"" boxes. They have a great turn around, I have not yet had to wait more than 12 hours to see someone. Plus, they bring you the medicine which is super helpful and saves me the cash. more

Professional, Helpful and Caring 11/3/2011

I was a little bit hesitant in using this service, as having someone come to your house just sounds a little questionable! However, when you're so sick you can't leave -- it's about the only option you have. I registered my account online and made my appointment and had someone at my house within two hours. The doctor that came was able to diagnose my symptoms and do some tests before prescribing me some antibiotics. Plus, the well-care kit was unreal! Chicken noodle soup, Gatorade, crackers, ginger ale, cough drops, jello, tissues, motrin, etc. What a deal. I literally will probably never go to an actual doctor's office again. This was truly a positive experience -- I felt cared for by a legitimate professional. more

I was blown away by the prompt, efficient and effective service by White Glove! This harkens back to the ""old days"" where your family physician made house calls...no traveling to the office, waiting for hours in the waiting room, etc. I plan to use White Glove for all of my general health care needs in the future, and have recommended them to all of my family and friends. more

I was very pleased with my White Glove experience and have since recommended it to everyone.My husband's insurance allows us to use White Glove but, even if you don't have insurance you can sign up. It costs only $40.00 a month to belong... payable 6 months at a time($240.00) twice a year. Then ,if you need them to come to your office or home,you pay $35.00. They also bring your medicine and a care package. What a steal!!!! The convenience of this service at home or your office is wonderful. For all that do not have insurance, for one reason or another,this is a valuable and economical choice.Thank You White Glove for providing this much needed service. more

Genius Idea! 10/17/2011

I woke up with the worst vertigo of my life and wasn't even able to sit up let alone drive to a doctor. I quickly signed up online and received a quick call to set up an appointment. They scheduled my appointment for 4 hours later, which sounded great. The NP showed up 2 hours later with my care package and medicine. I already feel better and the best part is I didn' t have to inconvenience a friend or loved one to drive me to the doctor! Everyone I spoke was so nice and they made me feel really comfortable and cared after! I'm never going back! more

I am so glad my husband's company offers this service to us. I have used White Glove twice now. Once for me and again for my daughter. My daughter felt blah all day long on a Sunday, but by the time we returned from Sunday evening church services she was feeling pretty bad. I called at 6:40 and the NP was here by 7:00! He brought all the meds my daughter needed and had excellent ""bedside manner"". All this for the price of a copay for a regular doctors visit and no sitting around waiting in a germ infested clinic. ;) more

Convenient Healthcare Service 10/5/2011

WhiteGlove is a great service that was provided through the healthcare my company. They can come to your home or to the office and do many tests right on site. There is also a nice care package full of crackers, soup, gatorade, medicine, jello and the like. My only advice would be that if things don't get better - get off your sick behind and head into a doctor. White glove is wonderful, but when things get bad, they just can't do it all. more
