Wesley Berry, what can I say, there are many words to describe this company but all of them would be too offensive for me to write here. I am from London England and ordered some flowers, chocolates and balloons for a friend of mine in California for her birthday, I ordered them the day before online giving them well over 24 hours to get it sorted and delivered, my only stipulation was that they had to arrive before 4pm local time. At 2:30pm local time, when my friend hadnt text me to thank for the flowers (which was 1030PM UK time) i called Wesley to ask what was going on and was told that they were on their way and would get there before 4 pm. At 3:45 local time (11:45pm UK time) i called back to again ask where the flowers were, after the girl i spoke to became offended when i told her it wouldnt happen like this in the UK, she went off to call the local company who said they werent sending the flowers because their printer didnt work, they hadnt told anyone, the girl told me thi more

Wow. Like everyone else, I really wished I had looked at the reviews before I ordered anything from this company. I ordered flowers, balloons, and chocolate to be sent to my mom for mothers day and she has yet to receive ANYTHING On top of that, they had the nerve to not only charge me for something they failed to deliver, but charge me twice!. I called customer service and it's always "I will make a note of that" or they never contact me like they said to give me any updates on my order. Buyer Beware! Order never delivered, no notification of problems. Credit card charged regardless, told to e-mail the information regarding the service and refund issues. Let's see that would be a no, disputing the charge and warning whomever I can about these morons. more

Horrible Customer Service! 3/23/2010

Horrible Service! My elderly mother went in to their flower shop on Haggerty on Thursday to place an order to be delivered to my house (her daughter) on the following Saturday. (She was ordering a bouquet in memory of the loss of my daughter). She picked out orchid colored roses, and let them know what type of filler she wanted to go with it. They showed her an arrangement, saying this is what hers would look like, with the choice of flowers she picked out. She paid in advance and asked approximately what time these would be delivered. They said it would be between noon and 3:00 p.m. On Saturday morning, my mother called to verify delivery and was told her arrangement was all made up and waiting on the driver. At 4:15, she received a call saying the flowers she wanted were bad so they had to send them back and she would have to pick something else. They said they had some roses with a tint of purple they could use. She said just please do them up nicely along with the fillers she more

I have dealt with this company for over 14 years and have only had a minimum of problems and those have always been resolved to my satisfaction. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and they have never said anything bad about it. If you want your money worth this is the place to buy your flowers. more

Good Service and Quality Product 5/7/2009

Called in an order for same day delivery and got it. Party I sent flowers to was very impressed with the arrangement. People on the other end of the phone said they would do their best to get my order out and they made it happen. This is the third time I have used this company and each time I have been very pleased. more

Wesley Berry Flowers - NOT LOCAL 5/7/2009

A web search for a local florist will lead you to Wesley Berry Florists. Their web site will look like a local florist and even welcome you to town you searched. This florist is actually located in Michigan with a call center that farms out the orders intercepted by their ?local sites?. I recently fell victim to this deceptive Internet marketing. Wesley Berry failed to complete my order and provided the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered.\r \r The rating system requires 1 star but Wesley Berry Flowers does not deserve it. more

awful florist 4/24/2009

I wish I had looked at this rating page before I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's funeral. I liked what I saw, so I ordered. Granted it was not a large order, but it meant a lot to me to have it sent to my friend during this very difficult time. I wanted her to know she was in my thoughts and prayers. Two weeks later while I was talking to her on the phone and I asked her if she had gotten the flowers. She hadn't. Yet, when I checked my credit card bill, BINGO, I was charged for the flowers. After being put on hold for 15 minutes or so, the lady came on and said that my order didn't meet the 50.00 minimum for delivery. No, it didn't; my order was 49.80. No one bothered to contact me and let me know that the flowers were not going to be sent. I would have gladly paid the 20 cents more to meet the minimum requirement for delivery. And to make matters worse, I would have thought my friend was rude because she didn't send out thank yous. What an awful experience. Had I n more

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY 4/3/2009

They don't even deserve one star... I ordered daffodils to be delivered on my friend's birthday which was the first day of spring. I was told there would be no problem getting them to her that day. I verified they did indeed have daffodils & that they would be delivered that day. I thought it odd that I never heard from her about her flowers and finally 5 days later my friend said she never got her flowers and when I checked my account they had refunded my money BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WEREN'T DELIVERING THE FLOWERS I HAD ORDERED!!! I was so pissed, I called them and they said there was no explanation in the computer as to why no one had called me to let me know they wouldn't be delivered. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company's response to me was that they had refunded the money. No apologies, no nothing. There are so many other flower shops out there, don't bother with Wesley Berry Flowers. A business like that deserves to go bankrupt. more

I recentley used this flower shop for the first time and was delighted with the outcome. I sent funeral flowers for a family friend and was impressed when I saw them at the viewing. I like their work and would use them again. more

Another Failure to Deliver.... 12/17/2008

If I could give this company a negative amount of stars I would! I was delevered a flower arrangement for my birthday on Dec. 13th. It was shriveled and had a few dead flowers in it. Come to find out it also was the wrong arrangement. My parents had sent the flowers so they called to let them know what the situation was. We were told that they would deliver them December 15th by 6pm, so I waited home. I left my house a 6:45 to return later that evening to see that they attemped delivery at 7pm. I called the number on the card and explained the situation and was told a manager would call me in the morning. I missed the call and called him back. I was told that the arrangement would be fresh and deleviered between 4 and 6pm. At 615pm I called to check on the delivery and was told that it didn't get printed and it would not arrive today. I then spoke to another manager who after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnecting me, I called back and was told that they could d more

Failure to deliver 11/13/2008

The below information should give you some idea of what happened after my wife ordered flowers to be delivered by Wesley Berry Florist, Inc. To make it clear, this is what happened.\r \r 1. My wife ordered the flowers on the 10th of November to be delivered within 24 hours, for Veterans Day.\r 2. She received confirmation #73912, on our order and delivery. It stated, "We'll handle your order with very special care." \r 3. She called today, November 13, 2008, to verify the flowers had been delivered. As indicated in her November 12, 2008, message to me, she was told the flowerers had not been delivered but that they could try to have them sent today. She was unable to speak to anyone who could explain what had happened and assure her they would be delivered today. \r 4. I called 1-800-628-9371 and spoke to a young lady who at first advised me that the same order could be sent out today and then after putting me on hold for awhile came back and said the Florist could not deliver the more
